Lovely friend dinner, buzzy atmosphere but not too loud, excellent food, drinks & service!

Great food, but very loud and noisy. If you want more ambiance, probably should go elsewhere.

While I’m always blown away by its sister restaurant Quality Meats, Quality Italian was a bit underwhelming. Still great service and good food, I just expected a bit more, particularly at this price point.

We came here as a last minute reservation based on a recommendation. We were not disappointed at all. The service was great. Our server was very helpful with answering any questions we had. The staff was very attentive. The food was delicious. Give their homemade Sambuca a try. It’s yummy.

One of the best meals I have ever had. I cannot wait to come back and eat here!

We had a Sunday holiday dinner with my family and it was a perfect winter dining experience! The food and wine is delicious and look forward to our next time back there.

One of my favorite places in the city good wine list some of the best of time if you don’t have service for spectacular. Go ahead the chicken Parmesan as an appetizer and get every dessert you can afford

It was a very nice place. The customers close to us got a little load but the food was good. Also if it sayes spicy, it is.

Great service, did not have an empty cup for even a second. The waiter was very knowledgeable and professional, made ordering very simple and convenient.

Second time dining here for special occasion. Still very good except broccoli rabe which was kind of half burnt. Everything else was excellent though. Good services too. Restaurant a bit too loud. Not great for intimate conversations.

Excellent food excellent staff

This was our second try. First try they were very late for our reservation. This time we were seated promptly and had good service and decent food but not remarkable. Very noisy but cozy/dark. Broccoli side inedible. Veal "Chop" was actually pounded thin cutlet. Unlikely to try for round three.

We had fun and everything we had was delicious! Charlie was a great waiter!

We ate v late in evening. Our waiter did a decent job but didn’t do anything to make our dinner experience special. The food was not great. My husband’s steak was extremely tough and my pasta was very greasy. The Caesar salad was rather tasteless. We will not be eating here again.

Best chicken parm in the universe!!

This is not a traditional “tomato sauce” Italian Restaurant , but more modern.

Cool place, good service. We ordered the chicken Parm pizza -good, but a bit overpriced for what you get. Still , it was good.

The polenta pasta that accompanies with the Short rib Osso Buco for two was a religious experience. I’ve been ruined for all other pastas and I’m thrilled.

This restaurant seems to have turned into a tourist spot and now the QUALITY has gone down. I have eaten both at Quality Italian and there sister restaurant Quality Meats but am taking both off my list of places I like to eat on my quarterly business trips to NYC.
One diner at the table received a cold plate of pasta after waiting nearly an hour for our food to come out (someone at our table did order a pork chop which we were told would take a while to cook - but we didn't imagine an hour!). I had a surf and turf special - the steak was incredibly salty and the crab cannelloni was so spicy it was barely edible. The server was trying her best to keep us happy, even offering a complimentary dessert. At that point we were ready to leave. I think she was embarrassed as she didn't even look up as we walked past her on the way to the door. Perhaps the kitchen had an off night, but I'm not willing to drop nearly $400 for 3 people for mediocre food.

Our family went to see the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City and came here for dinner afterwards. It was delicious! Our waiter Roberto was fantastic and the food was too! Was a hit with everyone in the group from my 9 year old cousin to my 50 year old parents. Will definitely be back!

Food and service was good, but they kept clearing dishes from our table (including unfinished drinks and food we were still eating) without asking. Felt like we were being rushed.

Our waiter, Rosario, was AMAZING. He took excellent care of us. We were visiting from Florida and came for lunch expecting to have the chicken parmigiana, then found out it was not available during lunch. We were obviously disappointed, but ordered other excellent things (crude, salads, hamburger). Rosario, realizing how let down we were about the chicken Parmesan, brought us some amazing side dishes to compliment our meal, which were amazing and much appreciated. Overall a great experience. We will be back at dinner time for the chicken Parmesan next time we are in NY (Or open a Quality Itailian to go with the Quality meats on South Beach, which we have been to!)

I was surprised since I had steak at Quality Meats and they were amazing.
Not worth 40$ at all.

Overall. I was really bummed by the food.
