Hip, strong atmosphere, though quite dark. Smallish tables that do not provide much elbow room. Interesting menu options that should appeal to all guests. Monkey bread and whipped ricotta luscious! The signature Chicken Parmesan Pizza was just good with the chicken somewhat dry. Little Gem Caesar salad slightly overdressed but had a refreshing preserved lemon surprise ingredient. The oven baked clams were bland, we were uninspired. Gelato dessert delicious with an addictive homemade graham cracker. The mini chocolate olive oil cake is a sight to behold— the chocolate ganache meltingly soft. The olive oil though has a sharp or bold kick in the cake. I would prefer a more friendly olive oil pairing with the shy chocolate.

Loved the energy and vibe- great for a date night! Was disappointed to wait 30 mins for a table, even having a reservation. Was also disappointed that our waiter was not attentive- he barely paid us any attention. Biggest disappointment was that we picked Quality Italian to try the Chicken Parm pizza for two. We ordered the alla vodka pizza. I found the chicken”crust” to have completely lost its crisp and was soggy. When you’re paying $82 for a food item, you expect perfection and this was certainly a far from perfect chicken parm pizza. Brussel sprouts were absolutely amazing and delicious though! True highlight of the meal!

Best food I had in a long time, everything was wonderful, the appetizers, delicious salads, tantalizingly tasty pasta and the enormous tiramisu. I have always come here for lunch but dinner is way above my expectations!!!

The food at Quality Italian is all top notch. I think they have the best free bread service in all of nyc. The tricolor kale salad is very fresh. The prime rib agnolotti was melting in my mouth as well.

Quality Italian is one of our to-go places in the city. However on our last visit I was sad to see some changes on their menu: the ricotta cream appetizer comes now in the smallest butter cup for $8 and their parmigiana chicken also has a smaller size for the same previous price.

Cacio e pepe would have been better with a different noodle, I.e. pici……and it was overpriced! The pork chop had too much sauce…..the calamari was fabulous but could have used an Asian type dip! We ordered a “cola” and it never came! We had to go to the bar and get it! The chicken pizza was tasty and the salad was well prepared!

Quality Italian was recommended and was as good as the recommendation it came with. The filet mignon was excellent and exactly cooked right for medium-rare. Starters and sides dishes were very good. Will come back.

Outstanding service. Plates cleared quickly, drinks always filled, great bag to take leftovers home. It was our anniversary and nobody has ever even acknowledged this when we entered the occasion into Opentable. A truly classy dining experience! Two of use arrived early and sat at the bar with a well crafted cocktail. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive; without being overbearing. The wine list was extensive yet accommodating with a variety of price points. The entire meal was truly excellent from start to finish. The appetizers were well curated to match the drink selections. Being a party of 6 the waiter suggested doing the meal in a 'family style' fashion since we struggled to choose from the many great options. The calabrian filet (for two) was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and the addition of the waiter hand-making the steak sauce at the table was a nice touch. The chicken parm pizzas are an absolute must try! The spicy lobster rigatoni alla vodka was well balanced and rounded out the rest of the food. No dinner would be complete without something a bit sweet and the QI Cannoli did not disappoint. Finished off with the best espresso martini that I have had in the last two years. Quality Italian is a must try for anyone who enjoys a great meal with the extra attention to detail.

- food was very salty, and the portion of seared tuna was very small.. - waiter was not energetic at all, slow to take our order (but food did come out quickly) - very noisy, and there must have been construction happening on the first floor b/c there was the sound of drilling happening sporadically throughout lunch
