Our server was pleasant but neither terribly knowledgable about the menu (nor inclined to find out answers) nor very good at remembering things. The table was ludicrously small, as were the plates -- food was literally falling off, and as to the table, I resorted to moving things off our table onto the empty one next to us. The food was fairly lousy. Not "I can't eat this" terrible, but ...the steak was tough, flavorless, and underseasoned. The asparagus was overcooked and waterlogged and, again, underseasoned. The salad was wet, indifferent, and so much of an afterthought as to be nearly insulting, fries were soggy. The very best thing I ate was the raw vegetables, which had simply been sliced. I would not go to any of this company's restaurants.

Last night I had dinner with a very old friend, who was in the mood for steak! I thought of Quality Eats right away. I was not disappointed! The food was fresh, the steak perfectly cooked, and the cocktails/wine were perfection. Would come back again!

The restaurant had been highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We sat in a cute outdoor cabin. We had some appetizers; the monkey bread was the bomb. I had the barramundi and others in my party had steak; all was delicious. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were a party of 6 and were seated in one of the private "rooms" on the street. It was surprisingly comfortable. The food was terrific and our waitress was outstanding! Friends had recommended Quality Eats to us and it certainly lived up to its billing. Can't wait to go back!

Very happy we chose Quality Eats. Interesting menu items, and high quality in presentation, and flavor. The warm inviting interior was a pleasant space to enjoy for a quick meal or to linger at the beautiful bar counter. Will definitely return.

Food was delicious, they have a fantastic Restaurant Week menu. Service was awful, we had to constantly ask for water. They seemed to keep forgetting things we ordered. We had to ask multiple times for dishes. One of my friends didn’t even get her dessert until we all finished our own dessert and the bill was paid.

Great range of steaks, all explained thoroughly by server, cooked to perfection. Super friendly service. Brilliant cocktails. We liked the music playlist. Expensive for us, though there are other much more expensive steak restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We went here to celebrate my Husbands 50th birthday. We live in Scotland and this was recommended by a family member who previously lived in New York. The food was fantastic, flavoursome, nice portion size. All four of us loved what we had. Drinks ordered were not on the menu and they still were happy to make these. I hope a Bramble will one day make the cocktail menu.

We came in for the Pride colored ice cube Margaritas the place advertised on their Instagram page. They ran out the day before the NYC Pride parade. How didn’t they plan better? Hopefully next year they plan accordingly. This was the reason we chose to come here over all of the other options in the west village. Service wasn’t great. They didn’t check on us often for refills. They also brought out the wrong order and weren’t that friendly when we let them know we didn’t order this. Weird. Overall I don’t recommend this place. We’ve had better brunches in NYC.

Food, service, and ambiance were amazing. They were playing great music, the bartender was very attentive, and the food was outstanding. We had the beet and squash hummus - so good, the hanger steak, and the crab and avocado appetizer. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Opentable needs to fix the booking system. I booked standard, instead of the bar or outdoor option, and they put us outside. That’s unacceptable as it was raining. This needs to be fixed as it is misleading and results in poor experiences.

We had a fantastic dinner here last night. The hangar steak was outstanding; tender and flavorful, and cooked perfectly. For the vegan in our party they had a great kale salad, served without the chicken. The roasted beet and squash hummus was delicious, the beets were shredded and roasted so they did not have an overpowering earthy flavor. It was excellent. We went early (5:30) and it was still quiet. Highly recommended!

My date had a terrible filet, the most expensive cut they offer not on special. It was terribly overcooked and under seasoned and really stringy, like overcooked, lean shirt rib. Drinks took a while to come out. Appetizers took even longer than that. This was my second time here, after a good first visit a couple of months ago. I can recommend going back, but I'd suggest avoiding their steaks.

The service has gotten subpar, long wait times just for a drink. The corn crème brûlée is no longer served warm…mediocre. The music also doesn’t make any sense with the restaurant, they have Spotify ads playing. Plenty of other options in the neighborhood with no commercials!

We arrived 5 minutes early, waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 40 minutes until our food arrived, … without our side dishes, which they had forgotten to prepare and finally showed up more or less when we were done with our entrees. Not coming back.

Food was surprisingly bad for a restaurant with this reputation. "TATER TOT CHILAQUILES FOR TWO" was a huge plate of lukewarm tater tots, a small amount of non-melted white cheese, and four lukewarm fried eggs placed on top. Some jalapeños and a few bits of sliced onion were also tossed on. Maybe it would have been better hot, but really disappointing. The LA Eggs also arrived lukewarm, and were similarly uninteresting. The bacon with peanut butter was delicious (and an innovative combo). Maybe we just ordered badly with the egg dishes.

We had a great experience last night. This wasn’t my first time but for my two friends it was. The ambience it’s fun, loud but totally enjoyable if you like to have a conversation. Our order took a bit more than expected which is fine, the staff offers us a delicious salad as courtesy while we were waiting so we didn’t even noticed that the food took longer than expected. Finally our order was great. And we really enjoyed. Very high recommended to visit.

Upon entering from Greenwich Avenue the noise was positively deafening! But, I did request a corner table, and the host very quickly determined that our table was ready - in the back, far, far away from the noisy front - and much quieter. Although not really silent, at least we could converse in more or less normal tones. And the service from Adrian was impeccable! Great night!

The food is decent; the atmosphere is nice and lively, except the servers were extremely pushy to get us to finish our dinner very fast and kept coming to take the plates every few minutes, even though we were still eating. Very rude; not returning.
