   We wanted a steak. And we found a great one. We split the filet and salmon. The filet was tender and cooked perfectly for us; the salmon was most and flavorful. We also added a delicious side of asparagus, but the bok choy and salad that came with the meals would have been sufficient. The meal (with one glass of wine, but no dessert) came out to just over $100 which is unheard of in NYC with this quality of food. I highly recommend Quality Eats and will definitely go there again.

   Food was really good, really well priced considering it was thanksgiving (we’re Brits so were just looking for a nice dinner nothing fancy). Service was faultless. Would defo recommend.

   Amazing food and drinks as per usual! The seven rings and foster child drinks were awesome and don’t sleep on the patty melt club or burrata.

   Please for the love of God, take the strawberry shortcake off the menu. I usually love the desserts here, this was uniquely objectionable - the cake itself was thick as sludge and had a strange spice taste. Kind of like concentrated dirt. The vanilla ice cream was flavorless, the strawberries' consistency was almost inedible. Repair or replace!

    Great food, and good drinks, but the service was tough to overlook. We were sitting outside, where there are 4 tables, and each table was encountering issues with service. Seems as if the outside tables are an afterthought! Have been many times and it's just very inconsistent service, but the food is always good so keep coming back. Additionally, when asking for a glass of wine, the server poured an 8oz (more expensive) than the standard 5oz and charged more, never asking which size I preferred.

    The food was not good; had the short rib, which was tough and chewy, in a sauce that was aesthetically unpleasing and sour, with a ton of scallions, which had no business being in the dish. It was a hodgepodge of flavors poorly combined. My wife had eggs Benedict, which had a hollaondase that tasted like mayo with a ton of lemon juice (not artful at all). The service was curt, the bathroom dirty and without paper towels (making me wonder how staff were drying their hands??). Very disappointed.

During a busy brunch service, especially one where we have a line for the bathroom-- things do tend to run out. But rest assured we make sure to stock the restroom with paper towels.

    We were celebrating a family birthday and had made the reservation weeks before. It was a crowded Saturday night so we had to wait a little while to be seated. Our server was great, the appys were delicious- burrata and a yummy Caesar salad. My daughter and I both really enjoyed the salmon with bok choy. However, surprisingly my husband didn't really love his NY strip. The restaurant bills itself on its steak, so we were expecting a better steak. The dessert choices contained nothing gluten fee, so we didn't get anything - too bad because our birthday celebrant is gf. The noise level was a little too high but the place does have a fun ambience. There were enough positives to go back - service, appys, salmon main course.

    Not a great experience. Clearly understaffed, overbooked and in the weeds. Also kitchen seems to ignore direction and staff doesn't ask about food allergies. Never again. It's too bad because I've had good experiences at the Quality Eats in the Village but the UES location is a mess

    Unable to enjoy the dinner and my company. Every 5 min we were approached by the waitress and rushed throughout the dinner and finally given the bill right away, as if get out. We were unable to relax and enjoy our dining. Very aggravating.

    The place was packed like sardines inside with lots of families with small children - which made it very loud. I requested the burger medium, but some parts of it were definitely raw and you could tell it was a higher fat meat (it was greasy and fell apart easily). The avocado toast was light and very good. The grilled cheese Benedict was good but had far too much sauce. Overall it was an average experience, and given the price, I don’t think it was worth it. Not sure we’ll be back.

    Food at Quality Eats is just consistently good. The menu is interesting, and we have never been disappointed. We had particularly great service just last night, we were in one of the outdoor booths. We will be back and would recommend Quality Eats to anyone.

    Good and service were awesome. Don’t skip the bacon with peanut butter and jalapeño mint jelly….odd combination but works. And the private outdoor seating “pods” are awesome….heated (or cooled) for an enjoyable outdoor eating experience. Good times! And perfect dining prior to our MJ Musical show!     Too loud Too small/crowded Couldn’t hear my friend across from me and the tables next to me were shouting. Wanted to eat and get the hell out of there. Brussels were amazing. You can get a better skirt steak at Sarabeths on Park Ave. Service was fine. Ambience was loud. Oh yeah, and table had way to much crap on it. I was constantly moving things around and using caution not to tip something.

    I’ve come here many times and have always liked the food and service, however, nothing was good tonight-bartender wasn’t attentive, she was there filtering with someone while we waited to be served.. Drink was okay, but had to ask for the straw.. Steak was overcooked-I asked for medium, but it was burnt.. no sauce for curly fries.. the host (the man) wasn’t friendly at all. It was way too warm in the restaurant, super loud and just uncomfortable. The only thing god tonight was the busboy did refill the water without asking..

    Ms. Swedlund picked me up at my apartment around 6:45, we made our way down to your location, we were promptly seated. Ms. Swedlund has a bit of a wall up, so it was my job throughout the night to break down the wall. She got the burger, I got the chicken. She got the Prosecco, I got the mule. ‘‘Twas yummy and grand. 5 stars, will be back. Love you
