been here several times. always enjoy the meal and the vibe. they've learned to do it right.
Couldn’t hear my friend across from me and the tables next to me were shouting.
Wanted to eat and get the hell out of there.
Brussels were amazing. You can get a better skirt steak at Sarabeths on Park Ave.
Service was fine.
Ambience was loud.
Oh yeah, and table had way to much crap on it. I was constantly moving things around and using caution not to tip something.
I’ve come here many times and have always liked the food and service, however, nothing was good tonight-bartender wasn’t attentive, she was there filtering with someone while we waited to be served.. Drink was okay, but had to ask for the straw.. Steak was overcooked-I asked for medium, but it was burnt.. no sauce for curly fries.. the host (the man) wasn’t friendly at all. It was way too warm in the restaurant, super loud and just uncomfortable. The only thing god tonight was the busboy did refill the water without asking..
Ms. Swedlund picked me up at my apartment around 6:45, we made our way down to your location, we were promptly seated. Ms. Swedlund has a bit of a wall up, so it was my job throughout the night to break down the wall. She got the burger, I got the chicken. She got the Prosecco, I got the mule. ‘‘Twas yummy and grand. 5 stars, will be back. Love you
Food was awesome. Nice addition to the “Quality” family of restaurants. Try the Monkey Bread.
A great environment with outstanding service! I was disappointed by the food.
Only issue is it took 35 mins before we were sat for our reservation
Consistently fresh and flavorful interesting dishes. I have been to the NoMad location many times. This was my first visit to the UES location. Equally delicious!
Amazing food and service. We enjoyed the Flank steak, filet mignon and rib eye burgers. The charred brussel sprouts and roasted carrots were excellent too! We'll be back!
Thank you for sharing your kinds words. It is always very nice to hear. We would love to have you back in the future. If I can help with making reservations or there is anything else I can assist with , please do not hesitate to call me at 212-256.9922 Sincerely, Adrian La Cruz
We were 4 adults plus a baby for brunch. We were greeted warmly, sat promptly with accommodation for my friend’s stroller despite missing one of our party. Nice to be able to start drinks & get the baby settled. Server was friendly if slightly rushed. Food came promptly & was warm, pretty & good. Only issue was that we ordered the tater tots chilaquiles for the table and didn’t realize until it arrived and my friend took a bite that it contained pork - wish that had been noted on the menu as we had a vegetarian in our party. Otherwise great brunch spot.
Wow, Thank you so much. We really appreciate your detailed feedback. We would love to have you back in the future. If I can help with making reservations on any of our location or if there is anything else I can assist with, please do not hesitate to call me at 212-256.9922
Went to Quality Eats for New Year’s Eve, and it was great! For a steakhouse, they were wonderfully creative and helpful in creating a great vegetarian option for me! My boyfriend absolutely loves their burger, also! Their cocktail list is FANTASTIC and the service is wonderful!!!
Love the atmosphere of this place but my steak was undercooked and our dessert came late. Food is normally good service was good.

Figured I was at a meat place so I ordered the steak salad. The salad looked great but when I took a bite all I tasted was garlic which I can’t have due to a sensitivity. The menu never said anything about garlic; you’d think they would mention this since the whole dish tasted so garlicky. I took a bite and stopped eating. The monkey bread was good so if you’re going to try this place, definitely order their speciality bread. And if you’re into garlic, apparently their steaks bathes in it.
Thank you So much for your Feedback. I agree with you it should taste like garlic. This is not up to our standards and something we are not proud of it. I will talk to chef about this situation. If you would be willing to connect with me calling at the restaurant after 4 pm and talk further to learn more about your experience. Thank you for your time and hope to be in touch soon.
Any time any people
Best Restaurant in the Upper East!
Revisited this restaurant as I like its other namesakes (Quality Meats and Quality Italian) and because I enjoyed my first visit a few months prior. A party of 3, we were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time. The food was consistently as good this time as it was the first. Much enjoyed sitting at a separate table vs. the long row of "two toppers" where you can feel as if you're sitting on someone's lap. The noise level was high, but I think expected for a smaller, local-styled restaurant. As typical these days, the noise frequently elevated by one or two people who feel compelled to yell every conversation without regard to anyone around them... not a restaurant's fault. Now, the down part - service. Our waiter was so disengaged and sort of rude. Never checking on anything, spending any time welcoming or talking to the table (or any we observed). We noticed other wait staff engaging with their tables, making recommendations, explaining food etc., where our simply tossed the menus at us, took our orders while looking outside, and mixing up a few of the orders (which the delivery people quickly fixed). We felt compelled to advise the hostest who I'm sure did nothing. While a good place, based on this past experience I would not make this a highly recommended, go-to or for that matter, repeat restaurant.
Thank you so much for your feedback. You're right, that doesn't sound like a good experience to me either. I'm so sorry that happened. If you would be willing to talk to me more about it please call the restaurant after 4 pm on your convenience. I would be happy to connect further and learn more about your experience. Thank you so much for your time and hope to be in touch soon
We had such a long wait that we decided to leave.
This with reservations!!

Great second date, plus they noticed it was my birthday and brought myself and guest a complementary glass of champagne with out being told it was a Birthday
Wonderful steak! Good overall experience
Great to heard !! Thank you so much I hope to see you soon!!
Great Customer Service - they accommodated us at the last minute with an increase in the number on our reservation.
Very happy to heard this. I hope to see soon !! next time try our brunch services!!
We were seated quickly. Server was cordial. Server asked about allergies and we noted no dairy. The meal arrived in a timely fashion but her fries were dusted with cheese. Bavette steak was sinewy and tough to chew. Lemon chicken was undercooked showing pink in the center. Very cramped seating space. Not impressed.
It was a really good place. The time between the ordering and the food coming out took a little bit but was fine.
Thank you so much, Stop by for Brunch!!
The staff at Quality Eats were absolutely wonderful in helping us to celebrate my wife’s Birthday! Delicious food and excellent service - we will certainly be back again! Thank you!
Thank you so much we hope to see you soon!!
Service was very poor. Inattentive at best. I ordered coffee and couldn’t get it because they had no mugs left! For brunch? No mugs. The food came at different times so we couldn’t eat together. The French Toast was cold, soggy and the brown butter apple topping was really cold. I think they forgot to heat it. Other food was average at best. Overall mediocre experience and not likely to recommend. Service and food poor.
I'm So sorry for your last experience at the UES location, Please contact me at the restaurant on your convenience I would like to know more about it.
Food was mediocre at best
Delicious food and great service.
The best birthday for my Mom ever! The waiter was so kind and brought out so much extra stuff for our celebration. He was very patient with our questions and we were WOWed by everything. It was ALL SO GOOD!
Thank you for stopping by we would love to see you again. stop by for brunch!!
The food was excellent and the drinks for great as well.
Great food, friendly service, very unique menu. It has been hard to get a reservation in the past, so happy to be able to get in recently.
We have always been a fan of this chain. On the last visit it was really disappointing. We were there for lunch and it was not crowded, service was bad. Food was just ok and expensive for small portions. I don't think the quality has stayed the same.
cool place, delicious food, great drink menu, good service
Waitress was inattentive and not very friendly. Took way too long to bring drinks and never checked on us after she took the order. Food portion was tiny and not worth the price.
A late dinner with my daughter. We’ve never been to this restaurant before and thought we’d try it. Everything was very average… Probably won’t go back.
Best place to get a steak au casual.....
Great selection, nice casual atmosphere, laid back good eats.
Good neighborhood place. Very good food, good atmosphere and good service.
Its just OK, certainly not for the price, but OK place to have a snack. I had the burger, messy, sloopy, tasteless, took forever to bring out. place was not busy (lunch) waitress nowhere to be found. Think she went on a break. My guests all had mediocre entrees, old (brown) stale salad, not eaten. Drinks had to ask more than once. Glass of wine, was a child's portion.
Can't return, not for me.
Hi Andrew, My name is Adrian La Cruz and I'm the General Manager . I'm so sorry about your last experience on the restaurant. I would love to heard more about it. Please contact me at the restaurant
The place is mediocre at best...nothing memorable. There are many more restaurants in NY worth your money, and less expensive. The steak was well cooked, but no-go on crab and avocado, ceasar salad, and cocktails. Wouldn't go back again if it was my choice, and would not recommend.
Wait staff can't wait to see you leave. While the food is excellent, I got the vibe the wait staff is annoyed at you for coming to the restaurant. We had a birthday at our table and called ahead it to see if they could do something as well as checking with the hostess when we got there. The busboy came out threw down the dessert (in front of the wrong person) and stormed away without joining signing while our waitress watched from the corner without attempting to join in signing. I'd understand if the restaurant was busy this night and couldn't join in on the signing, but there were four other tables at the restaurant on this Monday night. They also started packing up the tables around us while we were still eating. Like taking away the tables and chairs signaling to us they wanted us out. It was only 9 pm. I couldn't recommend because the price doesn't match the bad service.
We went to lunch and were happy to see the price fix menu for restaurant week. The food was quite good and the ambiance nice. However the service was abysmal. Not sure if our waitress was new but she hardly uttered a word, had to be signaled by the bartender to come over and take our order. She never asked us for a drink order and when I requested a Bloody Mary she wrote it down but also just waited for our food order so we gave it to her. The appetizers came out pretty quickly but I was really hoping to have my bloody Mary before the food arrived. When that didn’t seem to be the case I called her over and asked her to cancel the drink. Since we were seated close to the bar I could clearly see by the bartender’s response that she did not even put the order in. It was very annoying. Also when we left we walked right by her and she did not thank us or say goodbye. It was a shame but it definitely affected our experience. Which otherwise would have been quite nice.
