   My assessment of the butter service and restaurant. Food (what I had and saw) - 8/10 Service - 7.5/10 Ambiance - 10/10 Butter Service - 9.5/10 (I didn’t like the black roasted eggplant dip and the marinated leeks while good had no flavor other than high acid) Would I go again probably not unless it was someone’s first time trying the butter service.

   The service was excellent. The butter/sauce served with prosciutto was flavorless and the hanger steak was also flavorless.

   Beautiful restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great food. We had a showtime of 7 and they were happy to accommodate us making it on time. Lovely dining experience.

   Excellent dining experience in NYC. Perfect location in Central Park South. Loved the Sole and they had Faust by the glass. Meal was timed perfectly. Ambience was classy. Service was top notch. Happy we tried this, can't wait to go back. 10/10

   Our dinner was exquisite. We celebrated my husband's new job and the staff congratulated him and wished him all the best. Everything we ordered was amazing. The Butter Service is a must try and you will be delighted by all the different components -- the smoked eggplant with the butter was so delicious. The French onion soup is like a savory hug that wraps you in the most luscious cheese. The white truffle cacio e pepe was divine and just enough to share (or happily keep all for yourself). The filet mignon had the perfect sear, color and taste. Having the sauce poured tableside was a very cool touch and you must get the bistro fries since they go perfectly with the filet. We were gifted a crab cake and I may have to agree with one of the managers that it is the best appetizer. The cake is on a bed of aioli that you will want to lick off the plate and there were roasted peppers accompanying the cake, which was all delicious crab and no filler. Please save room for dessert and try the opera cake which will give you that ending note of rich chocolate and a hint of nutella. The mirrored chocolate on top is beautiful and the presentation of the cake was very pretty. Thank you Quality Bistro for an incredible evening. Your staff is gracious, kind and lovely and we felt like royalty the whole time we were there.

   By far our best dining experience in Manhattan. My daughter was celebrating her 13th birthday, and the staff really made her feel special. Butter service is not to be missed. Pasta was perfect!

   The hostess was very helpful and was able to get us seated at our reserved time. First of all the bartender at the bar flat out ignored my friend when she asked if she could order an espresso. When we followed up to see if she had gotten started on the order she flat out said “no” so rudely.Next we were sat at a table next to the door that goes to the outside patio which staff kept opening and closing and it was SO COLD. When expressed this to one of the waiters at the end all he had to say “I’m sorry why didn’t you say anything sooner?” It’s not my job as the patron to know staff would be entering and exiting all night. Furthermore, oir meal was certainly not fresh (cold fries, lukewarm steak) and the chicken was nothing short of flavorless. Nonetheless we paid and left a generous tip. Very disappointing considering I’ve been to other Quality locations and have had much better experiences. This one was certainly not pleasant.

   We attended with a large group (10), and I make allowances for slower service when dining with more than six people at a table. Still, it took three plus hours to complete a round of drinks and three courses. The food was good and about what I expected. I would come back, probably, but not with a large group.

    We had such a lovely experience here, excellent service both at the bar and table. Food was delicious and atmosphere was fun, cosy and upmarket. Loved it and hope to be back soon!
