We made reservations for 11am. Waited outside 25 minutes past 11am. Once inside the restaurant the worker tells us there is no food just drinks because the kitchen is under construction! Why be able to make reservations if the restaurant is not complete! Why not let me know prior! Waste of time.

Advertised as a rooftop bar but is on the second floor of a 14 floor building. The view is nonexistent. Very cold but they have no heaters (although the blankets are a nice touch). We were the only table there when we placed our order (three drinks off of the seasonal menu), it took over twenty minutes to get them while people arrived after us got their’s first. Just an overall pretty lame place and experience that we really were excited to visit. Won’t be going back.

Unfortunately, this once sought after hot spot has lost it's spark. No more the quaint but stylish downtown hangout, just a cold drab rooftop spot with uncomfortable chairs and tiny tables. No entertainment, no food offerings, mediocre drinks that are overpriced. Such a disappointment because it was so nice when it first opened. I honestly don't know why people even bother going here anymore now that the kitchen is closed (which we did not know until we were seated). The waiter explained that we could have brought in our own food, but at that point it was too late. The indoor seating is very limited which means that the outdoor rooftop seating is where most people are. It's cold, windy and not such a nice view, unless you happen to be there while the sun is setting.

There was a wide verity of cocktails and beers on the menu. The cocktails were great and refreshing I recommend the old fashion. The only issue I had was the time it took to get our drinks after we ordered. We were there early and it was not that busy. Other than that it was a great experience.

The drinks were made well with care and adherence to the parts that made them whole, the servers were patient and understanding and overall quality of the venue was excellent. Would definitely love to come back again for any occasion.

Went here last night. Said we couldn’t sit outside unless we made a reservation online. So we did. We ordered 2 drinks, about 10 min later the server came back and said they didn’t have the ingredients for my drink. Then asked what my friend was having again. So her drink was never made. Then he went back to go make the drinks. We sat there and watched drink after drink be made and never ours. I said let’s go. It was quite literally 25min-30 mins and no drinks. We said we were leaving and to just cancel it. He said oh I was about to make them but ok. This is the second time I have left without getting a drink due to it never coming.

This place use to be fun and the vibe was great but not sure what happened. Drinks are not the same in quality. Days of operation have been reduced and they close early if slow. Kitchen was also down. However, customer service was great.

There was no kitchen which wasn’t told to us until we got there .. it was really hot and humid inside.. it took us 15 minutes to get just two drinks.. and the total for the two drinks was 33$..!! Ridiculous..

Made reservation for restaurant as we are coming from out of town. We drove there found out that kitchen is closed and there would only be drinks. When we left we got a message saying there was no food in the kitchen, but could have saved us the drive from coming all the way downtown. We received multiple reminders about appointment but did not received a message about the kitchen being closed until after we got there and left.

Came to celebrate my anniversary and had a wonderful experience. This bar is very classy with amazing cocktails. We shared a plate of asada nachos, which went beyond our expectations. Absolutely delicious! It's pricey, but fit the bill for our special occasion.

It was a really nice and fun experience . We were not familiar with downtown so the parking was a bit tricky but we found a spot with a meter nearby. A doorman greeted us and showed us to the elevator. Once inside it was a busy Friday pm and out on the rooftop it was really quiet and not too hot considering the daytime temp in July . We ordered a cocktail each and then had some wine. The cocktail selection was extensive. The drinks were good. The food menu was very casual .. burgers and such . The jalapeño burger was good. We were a little underwhelmed by the menu but All in all we would like to return and support this unique dining experience .

I came with my partner and my friend. We visit frequently because of family but live in the Bay Area. For the high prices of the entrees I expected larger portion sizes and higher quality ingredients. Our 21 dollar burgers were cooked on a propane grill, stored in a cooler not ten feet away from us outside. The meat was good, but the buns were a main brand that can be found at Walmart (I saw the packaging). This set up could be replicated at home and doesn’t reflect the prices at all. My friend’s food was also horrible. She ordered the grilled cheese and tomato bisque but was not brought the bisque. Half of the menu was not available, so she opted for the regular grilled cheese instead of the truffle one, which was listed on the menu. What she got were two small grilled cheese sandwiches with two slices of cheese in each- they were visibly and different colors and were clearly grocery store deli cheese. The sandwiches were extremely thin, the bread was plain white bread, and the salad was super small. Lastly, she ordered a desert that $16 for ONE slice of cake that was dry. I used to love Quail State but the new menu and subpar ingredients aren’t worth it for the food or the slow service when we were the only customers present.

The menu was sparse, and sitting in the smoke from the BBQ was annoying. Why you would cook a few feet away from the tables?. Pretty expensive for what we had. Never been before, probably a one and done experience.

This place is super cute and definitely vibe worthy. But the service wasn’t that great, there was only about 7 tables and our server forgot our water. Asked the bartender and she said she’ll bring some out. 30 minutes later still no water & our waiter did not check on us. However the nachos were good and so were the drinks! I got the Palerma pretty tasty.

The advertised menu was changed and they only offered 3 items from the menu. The water was served warm being that we were outside. There were no accommodations for the sun (umbrellas, shade, fans) not table decor for Mother’s Day. And over priced.

I made a reservation online and upon arriving No one seemed to find our 6 pm time. I gave name, confirmation number and everyone seemed confused. There were many, many empty tables rooftop when we asked to be seated outside and were told there were reserved. We left almost 2 hours later and all those reserved tables were stil EMPTY. The place has no vibe or atmosphere sadly. Food presentation was beautiful drinks were delish. We all had to send our salmon back As it wasn’t fully cooked. It was delicious dinner Pane cotta was fantastic!!! I will go again and give it another chance

Do not go here. The drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. The fun natural wine list has been replaced with the entire lineup of J. Lohr wine and nothing else. The price per glass is still the same though, about $15 for a glass of a $10 bottle of wine from Smart & Final. We felt embarrassed for our server as she delivered our food to us. She knew we were being served nachos that consisted of cold chips with cold queso from a jar, topped with chunks of suspiciously shiny cold meat being called asada. There was a strong sense that every corner was being cut to save money. The outside patio was surrounded by literal junk. We could see the pile of outdoor heaters lying in a heap off to our side. There were also other random pieces of broken equipment scattered across the rooftop below the patio. The restroom had such a strong smell of ammonia I thought my nose was going to start bleeding. This place is not what it used to be. I feel sorry for the staff that they have to work there everyday. I hope they move on to better things soon.

Update from 5 stars to 2 based on the most recent experience: I booked a reservation for my partner and his visiting brother based on our outstanding visit last year. Unfortunately, they came home disappointed with everything except the conversation, the mixologist, and the person expediting the drinks. I booked an indoor reservation, and there was zero indoor seating set up. The staff seemed as if they were late setting up when they arrived. The server had an attitude as if she was annoyed or inconvenienced by having to serve my partner and brother. They were sat right up against the building, and the window at their table was opened, robbing them of privacy and comfort. They asked to be seated elsewhere and were told no, yet there were open tables throughout their visit. Food was "meh," but drinks, bartender, and person bringing drinks were great. Sad to say, this place seems to have changed, and we will not be back, nor would we recommend it.

I was very excited to try out this cocktail bar and their bar food that was highly raved about. Upon entry I was greeted by somebody asking for id’s with no uniform, which was kind of odd. We were seated quickly which was nice.The crowd gave off a bad vibe. The kind of vibe that makes you feel like you’re not welcome. The service was average. The only thing good about the place was the decoration. But for one drink and a sandwich, my tab was over $40. Be prepared to spend a lot here and not get much for your dollar. I had more fun at tioga down the street.

Unfortunately our reservation wasn’t showing up on there system so seating our party of 6 was a little awkward because we all sat at the bar 😅 The awesome and friendly staff totally made up for the inconvenience. They had a unique cocktail menu and good food options as well. Would definitely go back and try my luck getting a table because reserving was pointless 😂 nonetheless it was a great space, delicious drinks, and friendly people <3
