Delicious food and great service.
The place was really quiet, which should have been the first clue, given the massive festival going on literally outside the front door. The sever was completely disengaged, we had to remind them to bring our drinks multiple times. The food was unremarkable, the saving grace was that it was relatively easy inexpensive. When the plates were taken away, the wait staff proceeded to try to wipe down the table while we’re sitting there, leaving a half cleaned smear of sauce on the table while we waited for the bill, which took its sweet time getting to us, given that the only other people in the restaurant were, presumably, the owners.
Completely solid day-to-day place to get a diverse menu of Indian specialties at a great price for Seattle. Some Seattlites expect every place to be upscale or hip or interesting. Qazi's is none of those things. It is an accessible, affordable, tasty meal.
