Arrived at Q Pot and they told us they don't take reservations from Open Table. Luckily it was early and they had tables to seat us.

Be careful with Online Reservations. Reserved a Mother's Lunch and when we showed up, there were 50 angry people waiting for table. Open Table still showed available reservations for the next 4 hours... waited an hour past reservation and never got a table.

We came 15 minutes early, we came to the front and mentioned we have a reservation through “opentable” and the person mentioned they no longer do business with this company. ??? But he said will try to accommodate. Luckily. So is this true??!

Earlier dinner for 4 people at 5 o’clock. There is a 2 hour limit per table. We all got both the bbq and hot pot. Food came out very fast and was super good. We used the whole 2 hours. Service was outstanding. Will definitely go back again.

One of our favorite places to have hotpot and Korean BBQ. You're able to get a good selection of meat and can grill it while having a bowl of hot pot soup for an extra $3. For the meat lover, it's a good place to get your fix and for those who want a little bit of soup - you have a good choice of broths and noodles and fixings to go with it.

Food was good and so was the service. Host stated to us that although we booked on opentable, they do not honor opentable reservations. They stated they will honor it this time only. Why would you have opentable for reservations if the restaurant does not honor it?
