   Pyro has amazing unique dishes that offer an interesting twist on common dishes. Tried the hot honey pizza and it did not disappoint. A great place to catch up with friends and share great drinks and food! Our server Elijah was super friendly, in fact all their staff really go above and beyond in offering outstanding service!

   Server was friendly and nice, the restaurant was clean. My steak was not very warm and my salad was forgotten about but she did go and get one made right away and apologized.

   Finley was an absolutely amazing server. Super personable, attentive and fast. We went for the Oilers game where we found a great selection of game day deals. Thank you Finley and the pyro team!

   Service was ok - our waitress didn’t seem overly interested Also some of the food items were sold out - however in saying that everything that we did get was really yummy Only slight complaint about the food we did get was our tacos were cold However for cinco de mayo they did well!

   Service was atrocious, We first sat at the pyro bar and the only person to acknowledge us was the sous chef. Nice guy. We had water drop at us by a server just running by. We did ask to be sat on the patio, they did seat us and we were only one of two tables out there. We still waited for another 10 min before a server came by. Gave us water again asked for our drink order. I did say I needed more time and he did take my wives drink order. Again very long wait for something that was supposed to be on special. Took my drink order. We finally received our drinks. We both finished our drinks and had to wait for our food order taken and a second drink. We were never offered the specials. We did know the specials and ordered the. The smash tacos were sub par, the halibut taco was, well I would have to say it was the smallest piece of halibut to be able to say that it was on there. There was more batter then fish. Needless to say For our first experience it was like dinning at Taco bell but with poor imitation tacos.

   Went to celebrate my son's 30th birthday, 5 of us booked for 6:15. The hostess noted we had a birthday mentioned on our reservation. Another gal seated us at a nice-sized booth near the front, and we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. Then we waited and waited. About 25 mins later we noticed the bartender point us out to a server, who finally came over and took our drink orders. The same gal had walked by us several times without even a glance. Waited another 20 mins, finally our drinks came, and we asked for water. Waited another 10 for her to come back and take our order, (beef tacos and an order of the street corn to share). Then waited and aited for our food to arrive, which eventually arrived lukewarm... but it was getting late now so we just ate the food as it was. (honestly how long does it take to throw a burger and fixins onto a tortilla because that's pretty much all they were) We finally got out of there sometime after 8. It wasn't made special in any way for the birthday guy. Totally disappointed.

   Very much enjoy the entire overall experience at pyro every time I’m there! Staff is amazing!! My only negative pertaining to this last visit was that one of my guests did not receive her order. She didn’t tell me until we were leaving. There was other food for the table that she had however. See you again soon 😊

    Love the happy hour. Seems to always be quiet during the early hours too. Food and drink always great. Fries are 2nd to none.
