Everything was outstanding. My wife had the seared Tuna very tender, high quality. I had the scallops which in a remarkable black pepper garlic sauce. Caesar salad with Japanese flair. Dessert was a Phillipono speciality, Pana Cotta. Overall the high price was worth it. Highly recommended. Will come again and bring friends…..

I always have a great time when I go to Pyro. I got the crab noodles and a couple Matcha espresso drinks so happy I found this place.

Such an amazing experience, flavor profiles and quality of the food was some of the best we had. Staff was attentive and seamless. highlights steak tartar Lamb Dry age rib eye Ube panna cotta was sublime.

Amazing experience from the moment we arrived. Our server Isaiah was super helpful and knows the menu inside and out. All recommendations were on point. Every single menu item ordered exceeded expectations. If You enjoy experiencing food, not just eating, Pyro is for You. The design of this restaurant is impeccable!! We were seated near the kitchen and it was a little hard to hear our waiter, but not a big deal. We liked every appetizer we tried. We ordered two ceasar salads one with added chicken skewers and one with salmon and devoured it. Not at all a traditional ceasar, definitely has a Japanese twist to its flavor and dressing but I was so in love with every bite! My husband splurged on a very expensive cut of meat and while it was very tender he felt it was a bit underwhelming in flavor. So I would suggest skipping the priciest meats on the menu and opt for their mid range priced meat as it was honestly more delicious and more interesting. One of the appetizers was I think braised beef served as four large chunks of meat that are fall apart tender and served with some pickled jalapeños and onions and a whipped sauce of some kind that was very tasty. The gyoza was also great. We ordered the crab pasta which we loved and didn’t leave me feeling heavy. It has a light lemon cheesy creamy sauce and 3 out of four of us really enjoyed it. I didn’t care for the sweet potato I ordered. It was around $17 and other than the thin layer of yummy seasoned top crust it was overall just not that appetizing and I actually really like sweet potatoes. It was not a tradition Orange colored sweet potato. It was white in color on the inside and kinda tasted like honey.. which sounds great, but for some reason after only two bites it just felt really heavy and starchy and needed something added like a dressing to dip bites into as it was quite dense and very sweet. Overall though despite not liking one or two things that we ordered we were SO impressed with the things we did find delectable and the killer ambience and phenomenal design and decor of the place we absolutely will go back!

Gyoza no better than any other restaurant. Tuna was delicious. Short rib skewers were way over cooked. Fried rice very tasty. Green beans ok. Stone fruit tart not worth the calories. Overall, we will not be retuning.

Our server Natali was AMAZING! Truly made the experience so wonderful. We sat outside and had a blast. The food is made thoughtfully, so it does take some time, but nothing crazy. Order apps and the server can space them out! Truly a ball!
