The pizza was delicious and the waiter service fast, friendly and polite. The music in the cafe was too loud for us initially but became quieter later. The pizza prices of £14 is good value. I was upset by a service charge (% was not given) of 15%. This was is too high. I will happily pay 10%, maybe 12%. Not 15%. This would make it quite unlikely I would return. I feel it’s an unfair sort of hidden cost, it wasn’t apparent on the menu that a suggested service addition of 15% would be added. It would be much better for you to price the food and drink a bit higher and keep service to 10%. For example a pizza of £14.50 would almost bring in 5% more but customers would not be upset by that slightly higher price. I hope you find these comments useful.

Excellent service. Helpful staff. Always feel welcomed. Happy staff who appears to enjoy their job. Food is always fantastic & the pudding are delicious.

Lovely food ! My brother is visiting Brighton and is vegan. He wanted to have a menu where he had complete choice and Purezza delivered. So much choice, so many taste sensations. A great night out

We went for Mother’s Day, and we had a lovely family meal. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the lunchtime special, so it was great value. The restaurant was clean and the decor was very trendy. Thanks for a great meal!
