   My Valentine and I visited PURE and we were purely impressed. The experience was just present, the food was flavorful and the dessert was magnificent! We are definitely going to return to PURE.

   We had a wonderful dinner on Valentine's Day. It was our first time there. Fixed menu with a great value for options offered. The house Cab wine was just ok, on the sweet side. Wonderful service and ambiance. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

   Was very disappointed for the first time. Typically the food and service is much better but went for Valentine's Day and got stuck with a prix fix menu which was just ok. The wine included was not drinkable. Used to be a favorite that I'd recommend but not sure I'd return.

   The food and on ambiance were more than I expected. Owner spent a lot of money in this place. Well done!

   Although attached to a Holiday Inn, this is a great place. It is a combination of Asian and traditional steak house. There is sushi, fish, and enjoyable traditional fare. Our group split the starter combo which was delicious. Lamb chops, scallops, sea bass, chicken, and shrimp were all enjoyed by our table. Definitely recommend.

   Pure is my favorite restaurant! The service is impeccable and the food is outstanding!! I am looking forward to another dining experience in the very near future!

   Wow where do I start. We checked in as a party of 2 the hostess said oh you're the party of 3.. Here we go! Our reservation being 730 the place was empty though a lovely dining room and a fantastic bar area. We had a nice table after about three minutes busboy came over and asked if we wanted water and then never saw him again, waiter came over apologized for wait asked if we wanted water we told him the busboy already asked us he apologized offered us cocktails couldn't decide and he couldn't make any suggestions because he claims they are not allowed to taste anything at the restaurant bosses rules. We ordered two really good cocktails and finally after 12-15 minutes we got our water. Another waiter came over and asked if we were being served and told him yes by two other people. Original waiter came back kept saying I don't know what's going tonite we are just shortstaffed things are being really unorganized tonite in the kitchen busboys waitstaff etc tons of complaining from the waiter bad mouthing the entire staff sorry to say guys, though he was very nice not professional by any means. We saw some friends and they said if you can just have drinks leave because it's not that great however we chose to stay and try it out.we ordered the fried calamari which was ice cold however tasty and we certainly don't want our food spit on by sending it back,for what it's worth the filet mignon and Godzilla sushi roll was good I asked for a glass of wine and never got it until after my meal. Owners or host kept coming over was over multiple times to ask how everything was but I figured open table guys can relay this to them it's a shame a beautiful place such poor management very poor, can't blame the servers I blame the gentleman running the place it's their responsibility to make a tight ship run well. They had guys walking around the dining room picking up the chairs to see if they were in any need of repairs during dinner hours seriously?!?

   They stopped serving rolls which were excellent- waiter messed up the order - one person ate first then the other - the desert menu is a preprinted menu from the vendor where they purchase the items - nothing house made. Will never go there again

    It is connected to a Holiday Inn, drink & entree prices too high for the type of restaurant it is. The ambuiance is the best bpart of this restaurant. The Fire Roasted shrimp were good, overall disappointing.
