   Good customer service, the place is lovely, friendly staff, Fernando was amazing with the check in, Kudos for him!! The food was amazing, I loved the Alfredo pasta! . I was at the back part near the kitchen, it was good in the morning but after 12:00 the sun was too intense and we can't stay there, was too hot and burning, that was the only thing I would improve. So if we comeback I would choose the beach area to rest as it is cooler.

   The food is terrible. They gave me a shrimp cocktail with ketchup. The pasta and garlic shrimp had a very artificial taste. And the waiters were never attentive, we had to go looking for them when we need something. La comida muy mala.

   Punta Arena es un lugar muy bonito, cálido y transmite paz, tienen un servicio muy bueno, el joven Fernando es una excelente persona y te hace pasar un rato muy agradable con su profesionalismo, sin duda volvería a visitarlos.

   It was beautiful...unfortunately, the 10,000 pesos they keep on retainer for you to use while you're there (since we don't consume alcohol) takes a long time to use up. We didnt want to leave unused funds but we did. They should sell a cheaper alcohol free package and separate one for those who wish to consume alcohol . Also people that are traveling from outside the DR do not pack towels , that should be a provided service . But would definitely go again .

    The place is very nice to relax good drinks and food, the only thing that need to be improve is the beach, nice view but you can only use the pool.
