   Fantastic meal with our family of 4! Delicious lobster pizza, surf and turf, and soft shell crab tacos. The desserts were delicious too…amazing chocolate lava cake. I would recommend bringing a sweater as the breeze off the ocean was strong and got chilly. I would also suggest going before sunset, as it’s fun to be able to see the water.

   Simply spectacular! We took a taxi here and would do that again even if it was an hour trip. Destination restaurant. If you are staying near Puerto Morales, lucky you! Cocktail list long and unique and drinks delicious . Braised shortribs and seafood risotto both fantastic. All 6 at our table thrilled that we found this restaurant. Yum.

   Upstairs and away from the mildly busy street level, this cozy thatchy place gives an amazing view of the town centro and dock areas of Punto Morelos. If your table isn’t ready they have a great little speak-easy area that you can get a drink/app while you wait. We dined there twice, once without res (got a lucky opening) and second time res on Open Table. Fabulous drinks and food offerings. Staff were super helpful with only a mild language barrier (I have a pretty weak Spanish vocab). There’s a reason it has a Michelin nod.
