Punjabi Curry Cafe is run by myself (Raj) and my other half Krystle, and we’ve been in the hospitality business for over 15 years, so needless to say we know a thing or two about the quality of food, customer service and the means of ‘value for money’. The food was ok. The constant stream of uber eats drivers coming through created a slightly rushed atmosphere. The two wait staff seemed rushed and very unhappy. Perhaps that is a management staffing issue rather than blaming the wait staff.

Our server was a wizard. He remembered all of our orders (for seven people), drinks, entrée, mains, without writing anything down and didn't forget a thing. He was very sweet and made our experience wonderful.

It was great. I heard about this place and try it out with my friends. We had Manchurian and chilli chicken which was great. It have that indian touch in it. Curries were nice too.

The service was non existent! Just getting someone to take our order was impossible!! They would take one order on a table of 8 people and then walk off, leaving the rest of the people without their orders taken. The food was amazing but my birthday dinner was really ruined by the terrible service. It was like the waiters had no idea what they were doing.

We started with vegetarian samosas and the tandoori sizzling platter, both were excellent. Mains were butter chicken and beef korma, which were lovely. Some great spices in there. We also had mushroom pulau (rice) which my wife really enjoyed. It ended up around $100 plus drinks. We had enough left over for another meal which we took home. A lovely meal and night out.
