We’re big fans of the noori with soft lamb – it’s a thick sauce that hits all the right notes with a generous use of green pepper and garlic. On a Friday night or at the weekend it feels like half of Anderston flocks to enjoy Punjabi Charing Cross, which makes for a great atmosphere but also means that reservations are essential.
