   Very disappointing, nowhere near our experience on many visits over the last 20 or so years. Limited menu, entree and main poorly cooked and a Victorian red wine by the glass $35!!!!

   Fabulous experience from start to finish. Great welcome and speedy arrival of apperitives. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, wonderful food and wine. D’artignan went the extra mile

   The food is amazing. The ambience is perfect. The staff are lovely and helpful. I absolutely love this place.

   Food, drink & service was great. It’s a comfy place to enjoy a meal & a few drinks, although a little on expensive side.

   I've been going to Punch Lane for 15 years. I've always had a great meal with great service. The last two times however I have been disappointed. More with the poor response to relatively minor complaints. Things that could easily been resolved were met with defensiveness and some hostility. $100 for a tough steak is worth saying something about. Unfortunately my relationship with Punch Lane has come to an end

   The 2 x $100 steaks 400g each from a company we source some of our specialty cuts from “The Range Vintage Beef Company” these Porterhouse Steaks are from a breed in the style of 'Spanish Galicia Cows". • The 2 x steak where 1 x Blue and 1 x Rare • The blue steak was completely eaten , the rare steak was mostly eaten with some fat left behind and a small amount of meat remaining • The shift manager who you dealt with is a very capable, calm and articulate person , he offered a complimentary dessert which was accepted and $80 off your account towards the 1 x steak. I’m not sure what you are referring to re disappointment the last 2 times. I’m sorry to read of your relationship with us come to an end, especially after 15 yrs, which is significant and your point is not missed.

   A truly fantastic evening. All staff were so welcoming and had time to chat with us through the evening. Food was really interesting and tasty. We had Crab Cigars followed by a Snapper Special for two with Portuguese influenced sauce. Delicious. Meal was complemented with some interesting wines .. skin contact Marsanne Rousanne, followed by aged Riesling which had lovely petrol notes, and finished with a quality old Rutherglen. As I said "Wonderful"

   Food and service was amazing. Will definitely be back Head chef Nuno came to our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal and that everything met our expectations

   An excellent meal. The lamb melted in my mouth and the scallops were perfect. Excellent service.

    We've been here three times now and it keeps getting better. Wonderful food and spectacular wine with lovely, lovely service. Highly recommend.
