    Absolutely awful slow service. Didn’t get correct food. Sent queso for a table of 6 with about 10 chips. . Quality of food not what it used to be at all. I will never go back.

    We went on a non game day and it showed. No one there seemed to know how to run this place and had no idea what was going on. The food was fine. There are maybe 10 bowling lanes total, and the arcade is a joke. The service was horrible. I’m sure it’s better on games days, but there are way better places to eat downtown and the bowling lanes were not oiled and the score keeping system was usually off by at least 1 pin every time.

    Went on a night when it was not busy, we showed up with a group (that we had a reservation for) of 14. There were other tables seated but finishing up as we sat down. Soon we were the only table in that area. Took a long time to get a drink order one of which was a punch bowl. The other drinks slowly came out but the punch bowl didn’t come for over 20 minutes. When we asked the sever about she explained that the punch bowl was for 8 people and took a while to make (how long does it take to mix some alcohol in a bowl when you supposedly are known for that), she then dropped an f-bomb to the person asking under her breath but not sly enough that several of us noticed it. I felt we were very nice and patient with the wait (we weren’t in any hurry) but eventually you’ve got to ask, right? Also, it was someone’s birthday in our group and they were told to pick from a list of desserts to get one for free. But then the waitress never came back, seemingly on purpose, to take the order. We have up and got dessert somewhere else. This was a terrible experience, all 14 of us walked out and decided we’re never coming back here.

    We had a very long wait for the food and then it was just mediocre. We’ve been here before and had a much better experience. Our server was very attentive and apologetic for the wait.

    Waited for Hostess to finish up on computer for 5 minutes before acknowledging our presence. Dirty dishes all over multiple tables not bused the whole time we were there. Disgusting to look at while eating dinner. Had Quesadilla and it was extremely dry and lacked any flavor. Informed they ran out of take out containers after I asked for one. Asked what am I supposed to do with my left over food and received a shoulder shrug. Definitely do NOT recommend for dinning.

    Our experience at Punch Bowl was unusual. We wanted an activity based Mother's Day meal. Once we arrived we were told that seating was only downstairs. And we had to eat, then go upstairs. Once we got upstairs for the activity portion, both bars and all music & activity had ended. After a search, we found an employee on his phone in the bowling shoe area. He was the only one in all of upstairs. He was semi-helpful, but mostly he wanted to be left alone to study his phone. The food & drink were just OK. The atmosphere was just Ok. The bowling was very expensive for what you got. I would not recommend this experience to others.

    The food was great and our server was really nice but the host who walks you to your table was kind of rude. She didn’t welcome us and she was quiet walking us to our table. And we made reservations to include a high chair and they gave us a really high table, our baby was all the way on the floor it seemed.

    A fun kitschy vibe with excellent food and many gluten free options. Great before our show at The Marcus, right across from the Fiserv Forum so would be perfect before a Bucks game! The sign on the door notes that people of all persuasions are welcomed without discrimination and it indeed felt like very friendly place. They have board games, bowling lanes, karaoke and more. We did not explore it all but would definitely return to experience more.

    The only staff that provided any level of courtesy was our waitress and possibly the back-of-house team. Most games were either broke or being cleaned (during operational hours). The upstairs was reserved for a private event so we couldn’t use the amenities even though nobody came in the 2 hours we were there - clearly the staff didn’t want to service the area. Our appetizers came after we finished our main course.

    The drinks did not taste consistent. Although the food was brought out as it was made (grroup of 13), everything was very cold. I have visited the Chicago punch bowl social many times and their staff was much friendlier and professional. Milwaukee employees all seemed like they were falling asleep and were super unalert. we appreciate the manager walking around, but her check ins were ingenuine...

    Employees were extremely odd. Told me they called me to update reservation time due to private party, no missed calls or messages. One of the workers was extremely inappropriate with a make in our party. Disgusting. Would never return based on that.

    We arrived early and wanted to play some games. The hostess said our table would not be held to wait for us to come back. She said she preferred we just sat now and not went upstairs. (So much for having games) The air was cold coming out of vents and we all had to keep our coats on. Ordered 3 different beers on menu and was told they don't carry the ones that were listed on the menu. Ordered a different one and was told they were out of that one. So I ordered an $11 Strawberry daiquiri drink that was only half full in glass. Server said "otherwise it will spill on my way over". By that standard, all beers should be half full as well. Her response made no sense. Plates/napkins for appetizer had a long black hair on the napkin. Queso appetizer had a piece of hard plastic in it at the bottom of the bowl. Told server and she just looked at it and went "hmm". Had to track down silverware after our dinner was delivered. No ketchup, slat/pepper or condiments were on table or given to us. I made the reservation for my son's birthday and specified that on the reservation. Nobody asked or acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday. What is the purpose of asking if we are there for a particular reason if nobody looks at or cares to acknowledge it? Extremely bad experience.

    The restaurant and food were outstanding. Service was exceptional. The only reason for a 3 on atmosphere is the restaurant allows people to mill around by the tables and we had 2 people watching the game right next to our table. I just think this is something the restaurant should not allow. Have them either go upstairs to the bar or be in the front area. Thanks

    Poor service, tried seating us at a high top beside the alley to the wait station area when we had reserved standard table. They then moved us which was great, but our server was slow and inattentive. Only checked on us once and forgot our cappuccino twice. The food was great but we Wouldn’t go back due to the service and general ambiance.

    My kid ordered a chicken quesadilla, but received a grilled cheese with chicken breast. When brought to the waitresses attention, she said they ran out of tortillas....at 430. Steak for my other kid was really fatty. Asked for vegetable substitutes instead of fries, she didn't tell us it was $5 extra each dish. They had live music....which was hindering to have conversation with the people at our table.

    I originally made a reservation for a high top table because a regular table wasn't available. The morning of my reservation I checked to see if any other reservations were open. There was a standard table available so I modified my reservation as a standard table was easier for my elderly mom. We get to PBS and are taken to a high top table. When I said I modified my reservation, the host says that's the only table available so we take it. It took our waitress 15 minutes to get to our table and then she didn't know what drink bowls they even had. Food was delicious as were the drinks. When we were ready to pay, our waitress went missing again. We had to ask 2 other employees to get her so we could pay. I don't know if I'd go back due to the poor service.

    I was really disappointed. We were meeting friends to watch the basketball game and eat dinner. The venue was quiet that evening with only a few tables filled. The service was very slow. We weren’t greeted for at least 10 minutes after we were seated. We ordered drinks, which also took a fairly long time to arrive. The bar was obviously not a full bar as a number of requested liquors were not available. One of us ordered the PunchBowl special Old Fashioned which described how it was made and included a Luxardo cherry. However no cherry was given and we were told they had no cherries in the entire restaurant. This was a pretty expensive ($15) drink to not include the premium cherry. The food was ok, though the Steak was fairly tough and the home made chips were over done and were very dark brown, nearly burnt. The waiter never checked in us after the food was delivered and one of us had to search out another server to get salt and pepper and ketchup. The waiter disappeared again after bringing the check so we left cash. We went to the place next door and had a much more festive time. I wish we had gone there first.

    The chicken and waffles were yummy but make sure you sample taste the Chipotle maple syrup before you decide. We decided to order regular maple after the sample. The sample was good but too much for us.

    Great food and excellent service. I had the kale salad which was perfectly dressed and very flavorful, along with a bowl of the chili. Made with pork and peppers, it was very flavorful and perfectly filling. My wife enjoyed her tacos. While the cocktail menu tempted me with some great options, I selected one of the awesome local craft beers. Our server was extremely friendly and efficient and there is always someone checking the table to ensure things are going well. We like coming here and have plans to return!

    Host staff were very nice and accommodating however our sever was really out of it and it took forever to get our drinks and to order. Food was average at best. Probably won’t ever go back.
