Sometimes it takes a 20,250-square-foot complex to help you realize that mimosas go perfectly with bowling shoes, that you are the Master of a shuffleboard universe you didn’t even know existed and that the best way to prepare for karaoke or skeeball is with amazing scratch food and craft cocktails. It’s easy to wander or strut right in because Punch Bowl Social Indianapolis is smack in the heart of the city, minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and the Indy 500. Game on. #HeresToGoingOutRight

Slow food and drink service and most of our orders were wrong. Really cool place and would go back but not for food necessarily. Maybe drinks and karaoke, bowling, etc. Awesome Bloody Mary bar!

Wait staff was terrible. They were out of coffee at brunch and the place was super slow.

We all loved Punch bowl! It definitely has a lot of fun activities to do, but be aware of the lines and additional fees. Bowling was 14$/person for shoes and it’s more if you don’t bring socks. Also, many parties will rent out spaces, so majority of the activities and space was closed off to others—but we still really enjoyed our time! So there are things to do even if it’s packed.

The food was amazing, especially the adult milkshakes and the falafel burger! A lot of our party got the knockoff burger and the French dip sandwich. Both were amazing! If you’re trying to catch up with friends though, you’ll have a hard time. It’s very loud and not meant for casual conversations. But if you’re there and come with an open mind, it’s super fun! Just be ready to spend money!

Overall, it was a great time and we definitely will be back!

Hello - Our table tried your 4 varieties of tacos. They were comically tiny. You may as well have put the taco filling on Ritz crackers. Your arcade only has 6 machines, and the games are way overpriced. $56 to bowl for 1 hour? We were cut off in the middle of the tenth frame. $15 to play Yardzee? We spent a lot of money... You guys are trying to do too many things at once, and your prices are ridiculous.

Food took almost an hour. The most disappointing part was we had 7 entrees come out 10 minutes after the first 7?

Our party of four made a reservation weeks prior and were seated promptly upon arrival. We had a concert to attend, so we ordered right away, as we were in a time crunch. It didn't help... it took 60 minutes to get our food and when it finally did come, it didn't come all at once - one member of our party decided not to eat because her food didn't come with the others.

It was a fun place to meet up with friends to celebrate a birthday. Be warned though. If you reserve a table and bring in cupcakes, there is apparently a $10 "cake fee". We weren't told that until we were sitting down.

Love the place! Best falafel I’ve found! Just wasn’t very happy when I was still sitting there eating my Fries enjoying conversation with my husband and the waiter walked by and grabbed my plate as I was reaching for more fries and took my plate and kept on walking .... didn’t say a word.

A group of people reserved the entire bowling lanes and a few other games, on a Saturday night after Valentine’s Day, so that kind of ruined the experience. We were pretty limited to what we could play, and half the time we noticed no one was even bowling or playing the games they blocked off. I think the location could have thought about that one more before booking the reservation, I know we weren’t the only ones that got turned away. Other than that, the place was fun. Just wish we had the full experience.

This restaurant failed on all counts. 5:30, and they were already out of 40% of their desserts??? All of their food tried to have a *unique* spin, and an unexpected additional ingredient, which I normally admire, but the flavors were NOT complementary. The place was half full on a Saturday evening - NOT a good sign.

We had a reservation. Took about 20 minutes for our server to come and greet us. Then it took about another 20 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our drinks and our food at the same time, our food took about 45 minutes. It didn’t seem very busy in the restaurant at the time. Then when Our order came out two out of the four orders were completely wrong dishes. Food was ok, but think the slow or lack of service killed the mood.

We went on a Sunday for brunch around 9:30. It wasn’t crowded at all and easy to get a table for a large group. The food was good but a bit over priced for what it was. Ambiance at this place is great with lots of games you can play. Drink selection is great with a large Bloody Mary bar.

The food and drinks are this bar are extremely over priced for the size they give you. Additionally though the Karaoke room was fun, we had to go out of our way to ask someone to come take our order. Service was slow.

We were unable to do anything do to private events. We had 3 children with us who were pretty excited to play games. All we got to do was eat. The food was ok but perhaps a little to eclectic for kids. They did enjoy playing a board game at the table.

Service was terrible ,everyone there acted as if they hated their job. My husband and I sat at the round bar which was not very busy and the bare tenders would look at you and completely iqnore you. It took us 20 min to be waited on and when we needed a refill it was atleast another 20-30 min. There was one particular female bartender that was AWFUL she was so rude to other patrons she made you feel guilty for even asking for a drink. The coupe that was sitting beside us noticed it to and couldn’t believe how she was to ppl. I wish I would’ve gotten her name bc I was very close to asking for a manager. She was obviously irritated with having to serve drink bc she kept rolling her eyes at anyone that would sit down then express that to other bartenders. Everyone just seemed like they hated their job and nobody wanted to work. When we left the hostess was on her phone and never even looked up to say thanks for coming or bye. Mind you it wasn’t that busy, either. We were there at 3. I could have seen it if they were slammed and overwhelmed but they definitely were not. I would rec this place for food but def not the service. So disappointed I was really looking forward to coming here and was completely a let down.

This was a great place to go with kids while visiting Indy. I thought that the food was mediocre, but the drinks and the milkshakes were really good. Both kids ordered Mac & cheese and neither ate very much. It is white cheddar and not what the kids were expecting. I had the shrimp tacos, they were okay. I would go back for the ambiance alone. Kids played video games and ping pong. We would have bowled but there was a private party that had all of the lanes.

We went with the lunch bowl recommended by the waitress. It was the special punch that wasn’t on the menu and it was awesome!

First time here and we probably won’t be back. Our server was attentive but the kitchen failed him. Repeatedly. Dinner for 10 came out in three waves with almost 25 minutes between the first and third service. At least two items were prepared incorrectly and one of these items was sent back, making a fourth wave of service. Seemingly easy beverage items were forgotten until after our food was served. Food was not memorable.

Very disappointing. We were there for an 18th birthday party. They were out of the ingredients for the non-alcoholic punch bowl that the girls had their hearts set on to order. All games except ping pong were closed for private events. The under 21 crowd was kicked out promptly at 10 pm but the server started hounding them at 9:30. Will not beback

I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken arrived with a strange fried breading that crumbled off to the touch, instead of clinging to the meat. The chicken itself was dry on the interior, so much so that I found myself dipping it into my wife’s brisket chili for moisture.
A great deal of the seating at the front dining room is directly adjacent to the front entrance. No wind break was built into the design, so every time someone arrived or left an Arctic blast of cold air rushed through the dining room.
I might return, but I’ll sit in the back and try a different menu offering if I do.

Our server Cat was exceptional and handled our large party of 18 like an absolute pro! Service was speedy. This is a LOUD place-louder this time of year due to the several large parties, but so fun for kids and adults alike. Thank you so much to Cat especially for making our night great!

Service was terrible- waiter Carter was late for work and it appeared that he had slept in the clothes he was wearing. 25 minutes after ordering I still had not got my coffee- another server asked us if we needed anything and we asked her to check on our order- she checked at the food station and apparently couldn’t find our ticket- she went to our waiter and he went the computer and apparently hadn’t put our order in because he started typing- he came over and said it would be another 25 minutes before we would get our food- we told him to cancel our that we would go elsewhere. I stopped to talk with the manager on the way out and his only comment was he would talk to Carter
Will not return
Went to Yard House which seemed twice as busy but got seated and served in a very reasonable time and the food was excellent.
