It was not busy and still took over 45 minutes to get our food.
Our server was so wonderful and fun! She definitely made the atmosphere so fun. I think her name was Judy.
The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly. We went for lunch around noon so it was very quiet and peaceful. The only reason I wouldn’t say it was perfect, was that they brought out our appetizer at the same time as our meals. Other than that, we loved it!
Family fun night, first time there and we will go back. Fun place, good drinks, fun games and our waitress Judy, was so great.
Was pretty loud with a bowling ball banging right behind us. I'm sure most people expect that- so it it my fault for not realizing that is how this place is. The food was good, staff was very nice. Just too loud to talk where we were seated.
It was super busy the night we went, and we waited 1.5 hours for our food only for it to be delivered cold. They remade it, and 20 minutes later, it was served cold again. I'm not talking about slightly warm here, the food was cold to the touch, and the GF buns were ice cold in the center. The Manager comp'd the entrees and apologized. The server did her job, but was prevented from making this right sooner as she wasn't allowed to serve the food due to the crowd.
The food and drinks are great but it took over hour and a half to receive three of the 4 orders. The one order was a salad and that took 45 min prepare. As soon as we received our food we asked for the bill as we had to catch a show. I would not recommend this place AT ALL if you are going grab something to eat before an event. It is a great atmosphere for grabbing a drink at the bar and hanging with friends for a it. It is EXTREMELY loud and makes it hard to have conversations, especially if your are sitting at a table or in a booth.
Judy was our waitress and she was fabulous. The manager was over more than once just checking in which we really appreciated. The food was very good and we enjoyed our time!
Had a great time Kirsten was amazing. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Fun restaurant in a great location downtown. Bowling, billairds, & other games in the back added to a great time.
Great service. Outstanding food. Lively atmosphere. Chicken and waffles were delicious!
I went with a group of people from school and we had a great time! Our server made it a fun experience from the moment he greeted us. He knew the menu inside and out which made it easier to decide what I wanted to eat. The only down side was that they were completely out of crab for the crab Rangoon dip which just about everyone at our table ordered.
Fun atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff.
Our server McKenzie was top notch and very helpful for choosing our punch. Looking forward to going back
Bachelor party. Small food menu but good food.
Me and my husband first time we really enjoyed our self.
We had a group of 10 for lunch. The good took 2 hours to arrive. 3 of the meals were missing and we escalated to the manager. He seemed concerned and offered a discount on the 3 meals. On our way out we overheard the manager complaining about our group to his employees! I guess he was not sincere in his concern. WHAT a great example he is to his company. The customer has no value! I will never return.
Really enjoyed Punch Bowl Social! Loved the atmosphere, yummy food and great service! I highly recommend the Sriracha Peanut Fries and pork belly tacos. YUM!
I visited Punch Bowl Social over the weekend with coworkers and it was a pleasant experience. Our waitress was attentive, kind, and helpful. We really enjoyed our food and liked having a great place to meet after work.
Phenomenal drinks and food, staff was very friendly. My fiancé has a peanut allergy and staff was very helpful with letting us know about allergen warnings. Overall fantastic.
It was hot and muggy, very slow to no service and all the games were already reserved despite making a reservation. 24 hours ahead of time.
It was dark and when I walked in I didn't realize the extent of the activities available. Everything seem to be buried behind the bar at the entrance.
Great place to go for food and fun games! The food is okay; my tacos came out soggy.
First time there, was a fun place to visit and the food was amazing! Carter was our server, he was fantastic! Will definitely be going back again!
It was great
My friend and I went to Punch Bowl Social before the Ariana Grande concert, had a good time! I would definitely try the punch bowls before ordering, thank you to the server who advised this! My friend and I had a great time!
Not interested in writing a review. I was willing to provide other info.
Very cool look to go along with great tasting food and very attentive wait staff!
Great food and drink selection. Love that you can eat and play in one place. Always a great time!
Punch bowl is possibly the best place to go for special events and groups. It's loud and not romantic but definitely a vibrant group place with plenty of activities for everyone. Bowling, arcade games, karaoke, shuffle board, ping pong. I was kind of bummed that they don't have dessert but they do allow you to bring in dessert if you have a birthday or something. Our group had a great time and the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for helping us make my husbands 36th birthday a memorable one!
Birthday and the staff was not helpful, rude and unconcerned.
We had a group luncheon and the service was great, food was excellent, and the menu choices are wide ranging enough to suit everyone. Looks like such a fun place, I'll definitely be back "after" work hours!
So good. great atmosphere and every one was super friendly. will def be coming back
The food was tasty and came very quickly. We had fun bowling. This location is larger than the one in Detroit and left enough room to stretch out and not feel overcrowded or cramped.
Food was good service was horrible. They put a table of 20 and a table of 30 in right before our table of 4. Waitress was horrible at refilling drinks. When food came out some was missing. I’d like to go back and have a different server and then reevaluate my review.
... a nice combination of hip dining and fun activity, inviting to both the athlete and the old-school gamer.
We went to Punch Bowl Social to celebrate a family member's 21st birthday and had a great time. Most of our group had never been there before and were pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the staff was quick to fix any issues with our order. It was pretty loud inside as the night wore on, but not so loud that we couldn't talk to each other. The only problem we had was trying to get our check at the end of the night, but our server was a little distracted by a personal problem which she explained to us when we asked where she had gone. Overall a good experience and a great setting for group parties.
We have been to PBS in Chicago, but not in Indy until this past weekend. We were pleased to discover the "vibe" is similar at both! Such a fun place to go for any occasion - this time, we started our night here for a Bachelorette party! We shared punch and a few appetizers, and the big booth was able to accommodate our big group. Overall, great experience.
I made reservations for mother's day at 10:15. When we got there only a handful of people were there. The hostess seated us at a high top table. Being mother's day we brought our 2 kids for brunch age 5 and 7, my 5 to had a hard time getting into the seat and didn't feel comfortable being up that high. I went back to the hostess stand and asked if we could be moved to a lower booth. He was throughly annoyed, I tried to explain that my child was uncomfortable, he could of cared less. I get that this is not normally a kid friendly bar so he doesn't have to deal with these things, but it was that day. We did get moved to another table. Food was ok, my husband and I both got the chicken and waffles. It was a little pricey, we got a lot of food, but it just tasted ok. Kiddos had the kids buffet and they hated the pancakes and didn't care for the chicken. They did love the fruit. Also the Coke tasted terrible. The upside of everything was the "mom"osa bar so I could have a few drinks and my husband took the kids to the arcade area. All the arcade games were free for kids that day. Will I be back, yes just probably not for brunch or with the kids.
Waited 25 minuted for our drinks, waited over an hour for our food only to have one of the 5 meals forgotten. Management made it right by comping the forgotten meal but overall we were not impressed and will likely not be back.
It took us a very long time to get our drinks and even longer for our food. Seemed very disorganized. I felt bad for our sweet bartender who was trying really hard but it was overall a hot mess. Cool concept, maybe just went on a bad night.
