We were seated promptly by our server, Joy. The table she took us to was set for dining but was incredibly dirty with big chunks of food on it. Before we could say anything she offered to clean a booth table for us which we happily accepted. Still, dirty tables everywhere was not a great thing to walk into. I had the ginger berry drink which was pretty underwhelming, boyfriend had a beer. We ordered the eggplant dip and cilantro wings for appetizers. They took a long while to come out, I’d say 20 minutes or so. Joy was helpful in recommending entree’s, but we didn’t make it to entrees. The appetizers were completely inedible. The eggplant dip tasted like wood ash, overpoweringly burnt/charred. The wings somehow had zero flavor. Didn’t even taste like chicken, very weird. We each took one bite of each appetizer and flagged Joy down to cancel our entree order and bring our check. She was very nice in asking us what happened and took care of the food without us asking her to do so which was great. Her service was the only positive thing about our visit. Still, not enough to bring us back.

My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were excellent. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. Drink refills were slow, that’s the only complaint.

Honestly I couldn’t think the establishment more for and outstanding evening overall . From the from the host to the food to the games and just wow ! I chose here to try and rekindle with my ex and I have to say the waitress we had with such positivity was able to help me win my love back I know it’s sound snobby but I can’t thank you guys enough and would be happy to be a spokesperson ever!

Food took over an hour to come, when it did come out my fries were cold. Another person in my party ordered Salmon it was completely raw inside they sent it back twice and it came back raw twice. My hamburger bread was soggy and when we arrived for our reservation they told me they over booked so it would be a longer wait. It was just not good I will not go back.

The food was good. The drinks were great. It's a very cool vibe. The servers seemed overwhelmed the whole time we were there. We bowled for nearly 45 minutes before our server even took our order and that was only because I sought him out to see if he could help us. We also ate in the restaurant at a table and our server disappeared for stretches then too. I'd go back but just know that the service is going to require patience.

This was our first time at Punch Bowl Social. Our server was amazing and the food was VERY good! The prices were reasonable. I hadn't realized that the upstairs and downstairs are two different menus, with 2 different feels. We really enjoyed our visit, but I think next time we will go closer to game time, when it has a rowdier feel.

Made reservation to have lunch prior to Braves game First pitch was 135 We sat down at 1210 Barely made 1st pitch They completely missed 1 entree. When told it was not there, the waiter and manager were completely indifferent on rushing to make sure the order was fulfilled. Waiter could have cared less about the missing order?? Food was mediocre at best: I wouldn’t eat here unless it was the only thing open and I was very hungry.

I went to punch social for the 1st time on Mother’s Day. My boyfriend and I went. We made reservations through open door. Once we arrived we were seated immediately. Are waiter Sloan came over to take are drink order. Once he returned with are drink we placed are order. He walked past are table approximately 8 times attended to surrounding tables. The food arrived by someone else and we realized he were never given silverware. We waited a few minutes to see if he would stop by to check on the food never did. I had to ask the host to get us silverware while are food started to get cold. I had a salad that came out after my food. The waiter dropped off the salad and never stopped over while we were eating to ask us about the food, if we needed anything nothing. I wanted to place a alcohol drink order but he never came back. We finally flagged him down to get are bill. I spoke with the “manager” who apologize and said he be back never returned. The food was delicious but the service was horrible. Are waiters were very attentive to the table to the left and front and back of us, but maybe since we were African American he felt we weren’t priority. I will not return unless it to go. The waiter we had name was Sloan.

Great ambiance. Our server was accommodating and very sweet. She was training someone so sometimes it took her a while to get back to our table but she was great overall. The food (NY strip & duck fat cooked fries) was okay. The fries could have been cooked better. One person ordered chicken but it came out undercooked (still pink and it wasn’t smoked!). They had no problem changing out the plate for something else so all and all that was okay. Ordered the Tiki Torch for 2. That could have been for one. The flavor was good. My daughter had a strawberry daiquiri. it was small but tasted fine. The drinks were okay overall. My daughter is excited to go back with her friends (all 20 and under) because of the atmosphere of the place.

Girls night out at the Braves Game and dined at Ounch Bowl Social. Our server was awesome and so friendly! Helped with cocktail and dinner suggestions along with to-go cups and photos of the group. We were a little late for our reservation due to traffic and our reservation was still honored - Thank You. Y’all made our night❣️

Punch bowl social was really nice. We went there to have a bite to eat and just play some games. It was so much fun we had the knockout burger. It was so good nothing on it. It was perfect season well juicy very good the staff was amazing super friendly, very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the service what they offer and things of that nature so I will give it a 10 out of 10 I enjoyed it.

Food was either too bland or too salty and all came out cold. The service was decent enough, but management definitely needs more training. My friends got the patty melt which came out super dry and without the sauce. We stopped a manager because our server was busy with another table to ask for the forgotten sauce and we were immediately told "that sandwich doesn't come with sauce." We then had to pull up the menu and show the manager that the dish does, in fact, come with sauce. It was only then he went to get us some. Then, we asked to have our parking validated (which you could tell probably doesn't happen often, seeing as our server really didn't know the protocol) and we were told only checks that equal $50 got parking validation. Fine. We combined two checks to get it above $50, but one person in our party had to leave and paid her $40 check via QR code because service had been quite slow up until that point (again... staffing issues. we get it), thus leaving another person with a $30 check to pay her part alone. It was a complete battle just to get one validation, let alone 2 ($50 + $50 = $100. we spent roughly $140 total at the table). This whole experience just put such a bad taste in our mouths and I doubt any of us will be back any time soon. Save your money and go to a restaurant that cares about the fact you're spending your hard-earned money with them.

We had a party of 4. We Arrived at 6:30, the food service was very slow. Only 2 out of 4 orders came out correct. The fries were completely cold. We requested new plate of fries. The 4th order, a hamburger did not come until 20 minutes later. That was after we got up and went and asked the server. No manger in site. The venue was nice to play games and get a drink. I would not recommend dining here.

We got there and they said we don't know why the website let you make this reservation. Our servers are going home now but you can go to the bar and seat yourself. No reserved table. Out waitress took forever to even acknowledge us in the bar area. The chicken and waffles were extremely bland.
