Located in downtown Montreal, the Pullman is essentially devoted to the sinful pleasures of wine. Enjoy the noble libation with varieties of cheese, charcuteries or small plates, in a relaxed atmosphere and a decor combining sophistication with a hint of eccentricity. Doors open during the later hours of the afternoon to close at the very end of the evening, welcoming guests for an aperitif among friends or a gourmet tasting menu.
Audacious and well-traveled, the wine list offers a selection of more than 450 wines, of which 50 are served by the glass.
Dishes are presented in small portions that lend themselves to convivial sharing, while complementing selected wines. Our sommeliers gladly offer their expert opinion in pairing entries from our wine list and menu.

The wine list extensive and the servers are extremely knowledgeable of what they offer and make excellent suggestions. We tried a bit of everything from the menu. As everyone else has mentioned the Bison burgers are a must try, also the octopus (seasonal) was really good. We went on a Sunday evening so it as pretty quiet and got to admire the chandelier

The restaurant has a nice selection of various Tapas, which allows you to taste multiple flavours. For a wine bar, the selection of wines by the glass is rather small, although there is variety in what is available.

After being seated we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table so that was a bad first impression. The beer options are very limited and the wine is very expensive - it also comes in either a bottle, 2oz serving, or 4oz serving. I'm not sure why there wasn't a standard 6oz pour option. Overall, the food was quite tasty. We got 4 different plates and I would get 3 of them again. We had a decent experience but with all of the great restaurants in Montreal I don't think we'll be back to this one.

Great tapas - wife and one of our four teenage son went for dinner. Food and service were great. Wine was perfect and ambiance fun and historic. The bison burgers were a great hit and we enjoyed the cheese, hummus, zucchini blossom and crab cake.

Great find for a wine bar with nice people and nice selections of tapas and wines. Would not have known about this place without open table. It's a fun place to go. We were surprised at the nice selections of wine available and tried several tapas which were all good! Port wine was available too for dessert! Recommend this place !
