Lots of flavors of tacos offered, but waiter did not offer different shell options (corn or flour). Other than that, they were awesome and attentive and corrected the shell option immediately.
Great array of tacos. My son had a nut allergy and our waiter was accommodating and reassuring.
This is one of the best places to hit for food and drink in San Diego county. Reasonably priced incredible food and great atmosphere. A go to spot without hesitation.
I love this place for lunch. The only issue is parking, it's a toss-up. I love the food, it's a little pricy for some items. I believe most people would be shocked at the pricing for items, but the quality is outstanding, and our service yesterday was over the top. I keep coming back!

On a recommendation we came here for dinner, it was great. Our server Kate was friendly without being over bearing and was happy to make suggestions when we asked. We ordered classic Guacamole & chips, chicken taquitos, esquites corn, and fish tacos ! We will definitely come back
Puesto is a great spot for a first date. Great Filet Mignon Tacos and even better Margaritas. Will be back soon!
I chose the three taco plate—too much food for me—but they were delicious. I had the Baja fish taco which was my least favorite as well as the carnitas and filet mignon which were both yummy. We also had the corn and the black bean sides which were excellent but again, too much food for us 3. The guacamole is a very generous serving and again was too much. The tortilla chips were thin and perfectly crisp. The Cadillac margarita was one of best Margaritas I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot them in both Mexico and the USA. We split the frozen horchata with rum for dessert and it was fantastic (don’t let the appearance put you off).
Service was efficient and friendly and the food came out quickly.
The tacos here are truly innovative and so delectable. Our table especially enjoyed the filet mignon and tamarind shrimp. Margaritas and sangria were great as were the chips and guac. Servers were all friendly and genuinely seemed happy to help. This was my second visit—both times Puesto did not disappoint. Will be going back.

Unique and delicious choices with many vegetarian options. I ordered lobster taco and mushroom taco. Both were amazing! Lots of fun libations as well. Service was excellent with a surprise appetizer to welcome us on our first visit. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding food and service
Hello gourmet taco. Craving a taco that's little out of the ordinary? This is the place. Lobster, Lamb, Vegan they have a little bit of everything. Very casual place, there's a restaurant side and a bar side, the kitchen serves both. You get to watch the chefs create your food. Everything I've eaten here is delicious. They have decent selection of margaritas if you're a fan. I'll be back.

Great food and service. Noise level almost too high for table conversion, but overall fantastic choice. I'd forgotten that I mentioned our friend's birthday when I made the reservation and I asked for the check. Our server showed up with dessert and a candle instead. That showed they were really paying attention. Of course, the check came next. Very happy with our experience!
The seats are made of wood and metal and aren’t the most comfortable. Our service was decent, but we’d go for long period without water refills or in asking if we’d like to have more cocktails. The taco of the month was too spicy for my tastes.
