I think Puesto is way overpriced! The margaritas are $16-18 and full of ice (so hardly any liquid). Tacos are $10-12 each. That is for ONE taco with no sides. So a plate of three tacos is at least $30...again with no sides. Flavor was just okay. Had the filet mignon taco & shrimp taco but wouldn't order either again.

I’ve been to this Puesto twice. While it lacks the laid back vibe of the San Diego/La Jill’s branches, the food remains rock solid. Love the esquite, al pastor, short rib and filet tacos. The off menu specialties also are great.

One of the top spots for quality tacos & drinks. I first heard of Puesto during the SOS Taco Night hosted by Yelp in 2019. I had stopped by their booth & tried several of their handcrafted tacos & drinks. I was hooked. Fast forward to 2022 , I was looking for a spot for my husband & I for date night & saw that they had opened up a Puesto in Anaheim! We stopped in & had such a wonderful meal & the service was exceptional. We have stopped in several times since then & we've always had a great experience. We love quality over quantity. The food is crafted with flavor & ingredients that compliment each other. The drinks are strong & taste amazing. We've had most of their apps & have tried all of the tacos on their menu. I def have a favorite & my husband does too. Puesto shares the same lot as the Westin in Anaheim. You can valet or self park & Puesto will validate up to two hours. If you self park in the parking structure behind the Westin, you will go all the way up to the 4th level to self park. I highly recommend reservations because this place is super busy during dinner. Keep in mind this location is right next to the Disneyland Resort & I'm sure a lot of business comes from the Westin. Tonight we had such wonderful service from Alma. She was so incredibly sweet to us & especially my daughter. She was attentive & kind. It's not very often you get someone that genuinely wants to connect on a personal level & I really appreciate how she went above & beyond with kindness! We had such a great dinner & will continue to come back for more!

Best known for made from scratch tacos. Had mushroom taco and a pork taco. A bit spicy but very good. Not too filling either. Note tacos are individually priced. Can add up if you are hungry. Also recommend the chicken enchilada. Full bar. Friendly and helpful service.Good place for Mexican food.

My family frequencies plays quite a bit. My mom and dad tend to stick to one thing. Once he decided he like it and this has been the place for the past two years. This time around the service was a little terrible. I don’t know what was going on. It felt like everyone in the staff was out of sync with each other. We were seated for 15 minutes before we got water. I had to ask someone if I could order. One out of our three drinks made it out. All the food came out just fine I recommend going for the tacos. The guac is pretty mid and the salsa is good. Get the piña colada cake. It’s pretty spectacular. I had to order it twice because they forgot the first time. She replied back that they didn’t serve dessert to which I flipped over the menu and pointed out the one I was looking for. Honestly this really weird experience at this place was fine because the food is good and I was in a good mood. I hope they get better next time and I hope you get to enjoy it the way we used to.

Our server Carlos P. was very nice! I felt like he could have used some help because he was trying his best to manage all his tables. I couldn’t tell if he was the only server. I saw him tend to the tables as best as he could but we did frequently ask for our drinks to be refilled. I did see him even taking the time to bus a table and sweep. What a team player. Food suggestions were great and welcomed. The lights and such went out at some point but nothing to the effect of our experience. We got seated appropriately and enjoyed everyone’s hospitality. Happy hour pricing made it even better. I’ve been here many times at night but the day time let us enjoy the interior design even more. Please give my highest regards to our server and hope he has a little more help next time.

We loved the service, design, food, ambiance. Great music. My husband and I dined here for our wedding anniversary and the restaurant gifted us a sweet anniversary card with vouchers to return. Clean, modern, organized. Extremely pleased and will be returning.

I have heard amazing things about this place and was excited it was connected to the hotel I was staying in. Although the food was good, service was really slow. We waited for 4 tacos for almost 40 min. The staff checked on us once during that time, saying it will be out shortly. By the time our tacos came I was already full off the appetizers because so much time had passed. When I asked for the check , I didn’t even get a look in the eye nor a “thank you for coming in”. He just dropped the check off and left. Made me wonder if that the half off for taco Tuesday night comes with the price of horrible service.
