Food was good! Service was excellent! Our server was so friendly and attentive!
Food was great! Service was great! Loved the music!! The Warman family is awesome!!
We (party of 2) arrived at 10:00 on a Saturday and the restaurant was very empty.
Took approximately 10 minutes for a server to greet us, approximately another 10 minutes to receive our drinks. Once we placed our order, it was 30 minutes to receive our food, which is okay in other circumstances, but every table (some with 8-10 guests) who arrived after us received their food before we did.
Neat place! Go there when there is music at night- you feel like you are in Nashville!
Got the fried green tomatoes they were awesome. Fried dill pickles were yummy. I got a hamburger and fries it was homemade so it was yummy as well. Hubby got the beef brisket sandwich had very little fat and he said was really good !!! Will definitely be back !
We are visiting Tennessee from Michigan for Valentine’s Day, our server Michelle, wasn’t very pleasant at all. She actually acknowledged it, and apologized to us and told us it wasn’t okay. It was vert shocking, we’ve never received service like that before. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
Visiting Sevierville for a volleyball tournament. Happy to be seated very quickly after being 15 min late for the reservation. Hostess was super sweet & understanding of traffic. Dinner & service was good, what i would expect. The noise level was crazy. Not sure if it was due to the live music and several families around us with small children but we could not talk at all during dinner. So we ate quickly and left. I have been to Puckets in Nashville and it was loud but we cld still talk and enjoy our time. Anyway, this is a good reliable place for any meal.
Everything was just ehhhh. The service was slow even though we were only 1 of 5 parties in the entire place. Every order was wrong, something was missing from everyone’s order, we were charged for items we never ordered and it took 30 minutes to get our check after we asked for it. I was told a “complimentary desert” would be brought for my son’s birthday but charged 9.00 for it on the bill. It’s definitely NOT what the website portrays it to be. We won’t be going back on the next visit.
First time there. We were a party of 9 with a waitress that was 3 days on the job. She was not very friendly and she did not know the menu. I don’t think she was ready to be on her own. She should have shadowing a seasoned server. It took at least 20 minutes from the time we sat down to the time we got our drinks. The adult beverages we ordered were average. The appetizer wings were very good! The food was good, but not as hot (temperature wise) as I like. Two dishes did not come out with the rest of the food, so two guests had to eat after the rest of us had finished. The waitress apologized for the mistakes and offered us free desserts. When the ticket came, they charged me for the ice cream my niece had ordered. The $3 for the ice cream was not worth fighting the bill so I just paid it.
We are from the heart of Cajun Country in Louisiana so we are known for food and hospitality, maybe that is why I expected more!?!? 🤷♀️
Had too much fun wanted to bring it all back to Baton Rouge
This was our second time there and just like the first one it was super. There food is always good and the service as eell
Closed early and told us they ran out of food
All their food has always been excellent, but this time I tried something new. Their catfish was the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere. And I’m a lifelong catfish lover.
Great place to eat! Reservations on the weekend are a must. The food was delicious and service was wonderful.
First time eating at Puckett's, but not the last. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was exceptional. Everyone at the table, including the children, enjoyed and commented on the food. Having a reservation made it nice not to have to wait as you so often do when spending a weekend in Pigeon Forge.
Food was great. Waitress was friendly and made sure our meal was just right. Dining area was clean and orderly. We will visit again.
The fried chicken was outstanding. The band playing that night was really good.
The service here was incredible. Wait and bar staff were super helpful and friendly.
I recommend the pimento cheese balls!
The food took a long time to get. The meatloaf was a hard block of meat. The catfish was wet in the outside abd not done on the inside. The bread to the sandwich was not even toasted, but just hard bread. The desserts was not prepared like the pictures and tasted awful. The waitress was great but she had too many tables.
Food was good. Mac & Cheese (a specialty) was average. Wait staff was very good. If going for the music, ask for a table on the bar side.
Had reservations for 930.....they don't open till 10....please update
Puckett's food was delicious. Chicken was superb! Smoky Margarita was very good. There weren't many people there, so was perhaps a bit too quiet (maybe turn up the volume on background music). Nice atmosphere. Usually restaurants in tourist areas are mediocre, but Puckett's food actually was delicious.
Enjoyed my salmon. Kids portions were food. They were out of wine and the mules were not great but food was good. Our waitress was sweet!!
The restaurant was out of a lot. We went for ribs and brisket and they were unfortunately out of both with no warning
We enjoyed eating breakfast at pickets .We went back a second time for breakfast / had fried chicken tenders and applejack pancakes ,which were very good . We also went back a 3rd time for Dinner and enjoyed it as well . All 4 of us enjoyed the food / atmosphere .
Great place to get dinner. The food was amazing and the atmosphere and servers were fantastic.
I really wanted to be able to write this restaurant a good review because when we arrived the place was dead, and the hostess (who was also our waitress?? odd) said they were "new", and had not gotten busy for breakfast yet. I chose this restaurant because it took reservations and I thought Pigeon Forge might be crazy busy during Christmas week. Well....these folks need to step up their game for breakfast. Compared to others like Sawyers or Five Oaks it was terrible. From the time we entered to getting our food was 45 minutes and no one was there. The scrambled eggs weren't good. They were like a flat thinly sliced omelet and they were tasteless and somewhat cold. Bacon was greasy and soggy. Cheddar grits were good. Overall I though the breakfast was mediocre. Rest of my 5 person family agreed. I would not go back here with all the other amazing choices in the area. I'd wait an hour to eat at Sawyers or Five Oaks before I ate here with a reservation.
Food was really good!
Great food, service, location, entertainment and decor. We will be back and recommend it highly!
The meatloaf is out of this world. The new poundcake dessert is great. We come to Puckett's in Pigeon Forge quite often and are never disappointed.
The restaurant was nice, and good values for the food. We went during breakfast. I was excited to try to cinnamon roll, but in my opinion it was way too much cinnamon in it. Like to much to eat, but the rest of the food was good.
Great service. I believe our server was Kelsey..very nice young lady. She seemed really genuine & very sweet. I told my husband you can always tell when someone was raised right. Nice place.
Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Seemed put out but yet in customer service. Took 40 mins to get our food after ordering. They were busy but not full. Will not eat in this location ever again.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Pucketts! We had brisket, pulled pork and ribs and it was some of the best food we’ve had in the area! Will definitely visit again!
Breakfast was great! The skillet cinnamon roll was delicious! Will definitely return.
We had breakfast here two days in a row. The food is fabulous and the service was wonderful. This was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint. This will be our new go to spot when visiting Pigeon Forge!
Food was tasteless. Atmosphere was not good at all. Came here bc we had ate at the one in Nashville and loved it. This place. Not so much.
Supposed to have had live music and they canceled last minute so instead the manager blasted the football game( more like commercials). Just very lack luster for a over touristy town. Won’t be back.
Food and service were good. Prices were reasonable. Because of Covid19 occupancy restrictions the restaurant was very quiet.
Went to Pucketts for my Birthday. Everybody was friendly and we were seated near the stage, as requested. Service was great. We had smoked wings as a appetizer and a BBQ sampler entree that we shared. All outstanding. Use the open table app. Folks without reservations were waiting quite awhile. Highly recommend...
