We eat here fairly often, made a point to head over this Friday so we could listen to the band, Tennessee Stills. Quite busy when we arrived for our 7 pm booking, but we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Food was really good as usual. We tried the fried green beans for a starter and they were just awesome, the breading was great, and served with some ranch they were perfect. Minor hiccup was my wife ordered the catfish and they were out of tartar sauce. She was okay with that (I would have sent it back); better to let people know beforehand, not when the meal is served. That really did not kill the mood though, we had a nice meal and some great music for our Friday “date night”.

the music was great, BUT we were put right next to the stage, so our party couldn't carry on a conversation amongst ourselves, and we had children in the party, and the music was too loud. The food was overcooked and rather bland and very salty. Also, although our server was quite nice, it took her a long time between checking on us, and a long time to get our food. Hint to Pucketts: a table of 8 is not there just to hear the music, so put the big parties as far away from the stage as you can when there is live music playing. There were too many small tables that were empty far away from the stage, but we were right up there next to them. Not a good place for us.

If you’ve never been to Puckett’s Murfreesboro before you’re in for a treat. It’s a fun, family friendly place. We were disappointed by the menu changes since our last visit. Some of our favorites are no longer made. Still, you should give it a try if you’ve never been.

Overall the food was not wow. I ordered catfish, got only one thin piece for 17.00! Pull pork barbecue sandwich was dry and crusty even after adding ton of sauce. The food maybe a 2 Jolly band was fantastic!

Went out for some good food and good music on a Friday. Nice meal as usual, quite busy, but Mallory kept us well attended. Some of the best country fried steak in town. Unfortunately there were problems with the sound system but we had a nice meal.

Didn’t have any Ribs, Brisket, or Grits, siting supply chain, etc. Unfortunately that’s exactly what I wanted to eat, so I’m disappointed, as I would have gone to one of the other 50 BBQ restaurants that do have it.

Usual great meal and great service. Sister visiting from Nevada and she made sure we knew she wanted Puckett’s whilst here. Great music too. Tried ribs for the first time and they were really good along with the mac and cheese. As usual no room for dessert!

We booked to eat and see the show and the put us to the side of the stage when there were a bunch of empty tables in front. Would have liked if they had asked if that was ok or if we had a preference. We couldn’t see the performers where they sat us.

We were there for 15 minutes before our order was taken and once they did it took an hour for our breakfast to come. I know staffing can play into this but they were not even that busy. We will not be returning.

We usually hang out in the smoked meat portion of options but moved over to the fried catfish. It was full of flavor and meaty. The breading was a bit thick but was easily removed to my perfect combination of meat and breading. Beckham was our waiter and was superb.

Love Pucketts and the live music! Was a great show that night and packed house. They were out of the catfish which was a bummer however I just picked something else and it was just as good. Haven’t had a disappointing meal there yet. The bartender was our server and while at times we waited awhile for her because she was split between areas it wasn’t her fault and she was still great. Overall- we find Pucketts amazing and will keep coming back over and over again.

Always one of our favorite dining spots. Very crowded on a Friday evening but we had a booking and we were sat quite quickly. They were out of catfish, then out of brisket, but there is lots on the menu to choose from so we weren’t too bothered. Chrissy was very apologetic about the kitchen running short and took great care of us. The band was Tennessee Stills and their mix of Country and Rock was great, everything from Van Morrison to George Strait to Guns N Roses. Really fun evening.

We arrived at noon, the waitress took our order at 12:15 and at 1:15 we still did not have food. We kept being told our order would be up next, then were told after asking two more times in the course of 20 more minutes that someone had "switched our tickets". We were never offered an appetizer or any bread or anything and finally received our lunch after an hour and a half of waiting. There was no discount or refund offered. It seemed no one cared at all about 6 of us sitting in the middle of the room, celebrating a birthday and Christmas together, all waiting for our lunch. It was terrible. We will not go back.

Four off us shared two “Whole Farm” smoked meat platters and brought home as much food as we ate in the restaurant. All of the meat was outstanding, sides were not bad either but the meat was impressive. The waitress was very polite and prompt. The food took a bit of time to come out but we were in no rush. It was a fun night for the four of us.

This was our first time at Puckett’s and it was wonderful. The food was great, excellent customer service and the musicians they had play were the best. If you have not been to Puckett’s you must add to your lis of places to eat in Murfreesboro, you will not be disappointed.

The food was really good (chicken club sandwich). There were only two meat options for the meat and three but that didn't bother me. The mac n cheese skillet was so good!!

Appetizer and entrée were both tasty and the service was good. Only negative was the entrée was served only a few minutes after the appetizer.

Good breakfast menu with several savory and sweet options. The coffee is okay. Everything needed more flavor. I don’t usually salt my food but all of it needed more salt. Pucketts continues to underwhelm me.

Puckett’s is usually very good. However, this Sunday food arrived cold for our group of seven people. Service was lacking and it’s obvious that they shortstaffed. The restaurants is not seem to be kept very clean and the bathrooms are absolutely dusty. Go to the Puckett’s Salon in Franklin Tennessee and we were very displeased with her experience at the Murphysboro location.
