Amazing service from Ashley and delicious food!!

The food was just alright .. the service wasn’t good and it’s pricey .

The food is here is unique and delicious with traditional options also. I think the fried cauliflower and brussel sprouts were really good. My steak had some kind of sauce on top that was very tasty. Great experience.

My first time here and it’s was really nice! I will definitely be visiting again!

Factory Bar food quality at prices which lead one to expect much more.

Service was not great. Our waiter was not friendly at all. They messed up on one of our orders and acted disgusted when they had to take it back and bring the right one. Our server also spilled soda all down my sisters back and didn’t even apologize or accommodate her.

Hostesses are not well trained on the Open table app.

Great service and atmosphere. Food is a little overpriced but good quality. If you’re a vegetarian the cauliflower wings are amazing. Will come back for sure.

Food was good but a little pricey. Great atmosphere and looks like a good outdoor area. My only complaint would be that there was more than 25% capacity and the employees need to enforce the mask policy. No one wants another shutdown.

The food was ok. Service was definitely lacking on a slow night. Everyone hot their food spaced way out. Don't understand why a salad takes twice as long as wings? I waited a good 10 minutes for my food after that (it was pizza). Basically everyone was almost done by the time I got my food.

Because it’s COVID, restaurants are requiring reservations to dine with them. I placed my reservation for two on Open Table. We were placed in a booth. There was plenty of social distancing in the area, etc for the majority of our meal. Towards the end 2 large groups arrived. They had no reservation, yet were sat in our area. One on either side of our table. I counted 17 people (who also had a monkey with them) to our left and then 10 people to our right were sat. I complained to the hostess. She said that they just showed up and she didn’t know what to do. The manager was called over, but he was clearly overwhelmed and apologized. No one in the large parties were wearing masks. It was a uncomfortable situation. Our food server even mentioned she was uncomfortable with the large parties. She gave us a discount and a coupon for a free appetizer. Public School was not following the governors mandate and because of that, I won’t be able to return. The food was good, but not worth our health.

Food was delicious, terrific service. Portions are huge too!

2nd time there, another fab experience, I have to say the staff is amazing so friendly personable. Food was so delicious, we had a great time!!

My coworker and I needed a place to eat and work for a few hours. This fit the bill perfectly. The food was great and so was the service. PB & J Burger was a treat and so were the tater tots. I have been here many times and it never disappoints.

In search of good bloody marys, you must love horseradish on an extremely elevated level to get them here. Like chunks of it I ordered the bottomless and after the 1st drink I asked if the horseradish could be less. Our bothered waitress said no all pre-made. So I sucked it up. She never did bring my next one after we paid. When I inquired if brunch was a course meal, she stared at me. Then said its on the menu. Food was tasty. Service blah, and pre made bloody marys loaded with horseradish so you pay for bottomless but won't drink but 1 or2..

Weather was beautiful, food was good.

Our food was cold when it came out and our water seemed to be new. He was friendly bit left a little to be desired. We have eaten here several times before so a definite let down.

Food was great! We were greeted at the door right away. Waited two minutes for a table. Service was great.

Public School 702 did not disappoint! Social distancing was maintained and outdoor seating was available for our little happy hour get-together. Food & service was amazing as usual!! Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

The food is consistently good, recommend the naked wings and sweet potato fries to start with. We’ve had great service here and ok service here. Recommend sitting outside and people watching while you eat.

first time here. a friend recommended it to us. loved the cheddar cheese tots and the wings. i had the salmon for dinner it was very good. my husband had the hamburger and loved it. the fries were done just right and came out very hot and so good! drinks were great. Plan on going on a Monday night for ribs!

We sat outside for happy hour which ended up being an ‘all day’ happy hour on Mondays and Thursdays. Great service, not crowded, good food and great drink specials. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend.

Love this restaurant! I went there at 6:00pm. I was glad I made a reservation because they were really busy and were only seating people that had reservations at that time. We sat outside and it was really nice. Service was excellent, food was great! Overall definitely recommend this place, they have delicious healthy options, vegan and vegitarian as well.

Great location! We sat out on the patio which is huge! Food and drinks, even during happy hour were a little pricey, but it was all delicious. I would ef. Go there again.

Come here all the time, always fantastic. Pb&j burger is THE BEST!
