Everything was good except that at the terrace they had only 3 coolers not enough for the size of the terrace. So only 3 tables had coolers and everybody else was sweating. Please put more coolers at the terrace .

As hotel guests of the Marsa Malaz Kempinski, we went to the Public House three times: on 1 May in the evening: we were served in a friendly and prompt manner, ate and drank well in a very relaxed atmosphere in the beer garden of the diner-like Public House. For this reason, we were there again on 2 May in the early afternoon and left the restaurant again after being ignored by the various waiters and the restaurant manager for 15 minutes. The same thing happened to us again on 6 May in the evening. We were given the drinks menu but then our table was ignored for 15 minutes. Yes, it was busy, but all the other tables were still served. I have never experienced this twice in a hotel of this category. If you are served, it is a nice, informal restaurant, otherwise......

We had a booking. Attended and the guy who had no clue what day of the week it was said they did not have availability. What a waste of my time and waste of oxygen generally. Well done mate it’s been three weeks hope you figured out what day of the week it is by now. Nearly as useful as an ashtray on a bike.
