Loved it! Mac and cheese was outstanding
I was in town with my college student. Very friendly, great food was a bit loud had a dj I think. But my daughter loved the music.
This place has great food but don’t go
Went for brunch on Sunday late morning. Seemed a little under staffed as it took close to 25 minutes just to get drinks to us. The food came out in normal time and was very good. We like the place but service is hit or miss.
The burger and blackened chicken sandwich were great. Beer was cold. Many options for drinks and food! Service was friendly and fast.
Food was ok - a little greasy, and the omelets did not have enough protein or veggies-too many potatoes. They also did not warn us that the skillets were hot - I blistered my arm accidentally coming in contact with one of the skillets!
Decent happy hour special on wine, beer fish tacos and flatbread pizza
My friend and I decided to try Public House for restaurant week. We were not disappointed. The food and service was excellent. Huge portions!! My friend got the chicken tortilla salad and BLT sandwich and I tried the pretzel and fried chicken sandwich. The salad was amazing!! The sandwich was so good and big. We each took home a portion of the sandwich with fries. Then dessert came...ice cream and two huge cookies. I will defiantly come back to Public House!! I loved that that the manager went up to every table and asked how the food was.
Great ambiance and the food was terrific. We’ll be back!
Wonderful meal! Humis and veggies for an appetizer and the Fish Tacos for dinner were perfect and so flavorful!
The boozy shakes were delicious! Excellent service - Our waitress was so friendly and helpful!
Had a large party with some out of town guests. We all enjoyed the food and drinks. This place is great for a large party to be able to sit comfortably and enjoy each others company!
After theatre dining. Everything was good.
Our reservation was ready and we were seated right away. Food was very good (I would highly recommend the Hangover Helper drink!). Service was mediocre. Our waitress seemed busy but also did not go out of her way to check in very often.
My table wasn't ready when I arrived on time and I received attitude from hostess when I asked about status. My juice had ice in it for some reason, which I have never seen before. The food was ok and wasn't anything worth recommending to other friends and family. The ambiance was extremely loud and didn't live up to expectations.
The food was really good! It was a busy Friday night, but the service was not good. We waited for drinks, our ticket, boxes, and had to go to the bar to have a bartender look for our waitress. Music was good too! Will be back, but hoping our service is better for dinner.
Very friendly front staff greeted us and helped us get seated promptly.
Our waitress was great, and she stopped by several times to make sure we were good.
Food was very good: mac-n-cheese, wings and fish tacos were all fantastic. The quesadilla was a little soggy but still tasted ok.
The noise level was high, which is expected on a Friday evening during happy hour.
Atmosphere was cool, and the location can’t be beat.
4 out of 5 stars.
Definitely a great stop and a great value when you are downtown.
Great atmosphere but yikes food quality below average. Fish and chips - awful; fish tacos - no flavor; Brussels sprouts - way too much dressing. Maybe just a fun cocktail venue?
