Pubblico Italian Eatery
Food was good. Service a little slow but it was the holiday season. My pet peeve is that restaurant was too dark; there was no spot light on our table so we could not SEE THE FOOD. Could use some directed lighting to take restaurant up to the next level.
New Years Eve dinner with family and friends.
My husband and I enjoyed a very nice New Year's Eve dinner. Food was very good, service was excellent with a very friendly staff. We will definitely go back!
We enjoyed our early New Year’s Eve dinner. We sat at the bar after the owner asked us for the change since it was raining and the outdoor tables couldn’t be used. The bar tender was very accommodating and was very friendly. Really loved the authentic Italian food (I’m Italian and so sometimes very “picky”.
Absolutely delicious! A modern, yet comfortable setting for all occasions.
We had a wonderful time. The food and services were great. I recommend the meatball appetizer.
Another great experience at Pubblico. The owner Dan has put together an outstanding menu and crew that will guarantee you'll want to return. Stephanie is the server we always ask for and she's a sweet delight-attentive but not intrusive and very helpful. Edgar crafts delicious cocktails and the kitchen hits a home run every time. Last weekend the girl had the sea bass with capers, artichokes, assorted veggies and pasta. Utterly delicious. I had the sausage linguine. Perfect. We split a romana salad and bruschetta too. Wonderful. We'll be back!
Everything was very good.
This is the third time we’ve been to Pubblico. All four of us loved our dinners. The baked rigatoni was exceptional! We will definetly be back!
You can’t go wrong with a Limone Drop and some focaccia bread!
Loved the food and ambiance. Service was excellent!
This is our third visit since they opened several months ago. Our first visit was just ok due to a menu mishap. They were very responsive though to our criticism. Our second visit was happy hour at the bar. Much improved. Our latest visit was dinner with out of town friends. The service was excellent. The dishes were very good. We had lobster ravioli, beef with mushroom risotto and pasta with sausage and mushrooms. We will definitely be putting this on our neighborhood rotation.
We chose outdoor seating under heaters for less lively (quieter) experience. Grat place to meet after work. Lobster ravioli and service really great!
Excellent service. Best Ravioli in the valley! Everything we ordered was
Delicious! We has the salmon salad for lunch.
The only drawback to this place is that it is tucked in the back of a shopping center, so is not right on 7th street which made it a little tricky to find at first.
Pubblico is a beautiful and contemporary place to eat. It was quiet the night we were there so good for talking. The meatball appetizer was amazing, light and fluffy meatball, perfectly cooked polenta. We both got homemade pasta, ravioli and linguine. I highly recommend these dishes. We had the apple and fig bread pudding for dessert...yum!
Nice "small plates" selection and happy hour 50% off!
We went there for a birthday dinner. Two pasta dishes were well received by our friends. I ordered Beef Risotto which resulted in a portion of beef, filet mignon, sitting atop the risotto. I expected the beef to be sliced into bite sized portions and incorporated into the beef. However, both the beef and risotto were done very well. They were out of tiramisu so I opted for the flourless chocolate cake which was excellent. But, the coffee ordered with it was very thin in appearance (served tin a clear glass cup) and, when cream was added, revealed itself to be extremely weak and unsatisfying as coffee. Overall, the food was above average and worth the visit.
Another outstanding meal at Pubblico! Tried some of the new menu items including lamb chops and sausage linguine. Aces! We'll be back.
Excellent food and service! Will definitely go back!
This is the second time my husband and I have gone to Pubblico and just like the first time it was fabulous. The house made pasta is so good. We will definitely go back a third time!
Pasta was sticky but seafood was delicious. Service was great but probably due to small crowd at 7:20 pm
Friendly server and well made in house pasta dishes
We had a great time at this comfortably casual restaurant. The staff was friendly and engaging and the food was once again great. The only negative was they ran out of the wine we had selected for dinner so we had to change wines mid meal.
Love this restaurant every time!
Service was slow. The kitchen was extremely slow, wait staff only slightly faster. No reason for it as the restaurant was 25% full. No excuse for it—the last time we were there the kitchen was equally as slow. Food was good
Not easy to find! The sign to parking should be further east on Bethany Home! But it was worth looking for. I and my guest both LOVE, but are picky about Italian food. This restaurant passed! The pasta dishes were fresh and delicious.
Great vibe, amazing service from Stephane and mouth watering food! Highly recommend you gather another experience.
Great Food. Great Service.
Jose, our waiter, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the ingredients in each entree, and
his recommendations were wonderful. Three of us had the Seafood Fettucini which was outstanding. The Cauliflower Steak was moist and tender. The Fig appetizers were scruptious. The avocado salads were tasty and the Creme Brulee was perfection.
My niece was in town for a conference and wanted Italian good. She's also vegan and Pubblico has a great selection of vegan offerings. I had chicken Marsala-outstanding! My girlfriend had the seafood risotto which was delicious. My niece had the clam linguine and loved it. Great wine and dessert. Already have another reservation. Just. Go.
Had a really nice dinner with 3 friends. The drinks were all tasty and homemade pasta with fresh seafood was delicious. We also had the crème Brule and tiramisu for dessert and both were excellent. Nice service and the manager went to every table to ensure all was well. Looking forward to going back.
I ate here for lunch a couple of times and love their chicken chopped salad. Decided to try it for dinner with friends and was not disappointed! It was a birthday, and several people stopped by our table to wish our friend a happy birthday. Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. We shared the calamari, caprese, lobster ravioli and the butternut squash gnocchi. Everything was superb. Craft cocktail was delicious and we enjoyed the wine selection. Dinner with drinks for three people at $100 seems very reasonable to me. Can't wait to eat on their patio once the weather cools. Also, no one has discovered this place for lunch...both times there were only a couple of tables with patrons. Go try it!
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is very good as is the service! The menu is a mix of traditional and unique Italian items.
The food was average; nothing special, but the noise level was objectionably loud that prevented any reasonable conversation. I would only recommend this restaurant for times when it's not crowded due to the level of noise. We had several different dishes, pizza, linguine with clams, rigatoni with sausage, gnocchi, and baked chicken with mashed potatoes. None was outstanding, but all were edible. The staff was nice enough to comp one meal and two desserts for our discomfort and less than satisfying food choices. Thank you for that; otherwise choose another Italian restaurant. We're sorry that the evening didn't work out for us.
It was our first time there and it was fabulous! I had the chicken parmesan and my husband had the linguine with clam sauce. Both of them were very good. The house made pasta is out of this world! Our server was excellent and we met the owner and he was very interested in what we thought about everything. We will definitely go back!
Great as always. The food and service were outstanding just like my past visits.
Food was excellent and so was the service. We all really enjoyed the home made pasta. My only negative was the noise level made it very difficult to have a conversation.
Confusion reigned. Ordered a seafood risotto dish with little white wine sauce. They didn't honor the order. The waitress apologized. I ate it anyway. Most of the clams had no meat while there were two shrimp and mostly calamari soaked in sauce. I mentioned this to the host when leaving and he said the chef didn't operate like that. We won't be back and cannot recommend.
Went for the first time last weekend and was really impressed! A wonderful and diverse menu with great food. I had one of my favorites, spaghetti and it was amazing! Sometimes the simple things are a really good way to judge a place. My date had the seafood linguini and loved it. A great bottle of wine with cocktails before dinner along with dessert. We're going back this weekend. My new favorite place!
