Food came out quickly. Meatball w polenta app, & Cioppino entree was excellent. Kid who doesn’t like fish, liked the cioppino!! Good service. Water never empty, dishes cleared quickly.
It take an exceptional dining experience for me to take the time to come on and write a review, but that’s what we just had at Pubblico. The food was excellent - had the shrimp scampi appetizer and calamari and both were delicious. The scampi came with bread for dipping in the sauce and when the busboy noticed that we had sauce but no bread left, he asked if we wanted more bread. He was also great with water refills and keeping the table clear. For dinner, we had the lobster ravioli, ciopino, linguine with clams, and seafood linguine, and all were delicious. The pasta is house made and all the seafood was excellent. I also had the house made sangria, and it was quite fruity and fresh. Finally, overall, the service was just great. It just felt comfortable and welcoming. A great dining experience!
Amazing food and service!!!
Outstanding experience! Edgar is a perfect host and he folks that work there are pros. Cocktails to begin with short rib ravioli, chicken Parmesan and seafood linguini for the table. A bottle split for the three of us and dessert too. We’ll be back!
Excellent food, great happy hour deals. Spinach and artichoke pizza is soo good! Will definitely be back
This was our first time dining at Pubblico Italian Eatery and it was great. Just make sure you turn on the adjacent street and go to the back to park and enter. The menu has a wide variety of entrees and is reasonably priced. I had the chicken parmesan and my daughter had the chicken fettuccine. Both were delicious and the portions were large.
All four of our meals were fabulous! The rigatoni is the best thing ever!!
The service was great.
Very Nice Evening. Very good food drinks and service.
Friendly and competent staff. Excellent bartender
We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and I notified the restaurant in advance. They did not offer anything special which was very disappointing.
Great food and fantastic waiter
We LOVED this place. Super nice and great for date night. My husband got the seafood risotto and he said it was the best seafood dish he’s every had!! I had the margarita pizza and it was soooo good. We got the antipesto board and it was really good. We will for sure be back 👍🏼
Wonderful experience! Been there a few times, we were hosted by Sarai and she made our dinner experience outstanding!
Excited to recommend!!
A warm reception when arriving at our designated reservation time. (a must for Saturday evenings). Once at the table, our server introduced himself, and our beverages were ordered. My Rose from Southern France (Milou) was exceptional. The wine list is limited with some interesting variety but not great. The food was truly exceptional but expensive. The Lobster Ravioli was delicious and the portion appropriate. My guest had the short ribs ravioli and that also was superb and somewhat expensive (each was $32.00). The service became increasingly poor/neglected as time progressed and the crowds came in. The atmosphere became extremely noisy as to not being able to converse with my guest. It became obvious that as the dinner progressed, service demonstrated a desire to "turn over" the table for more clients. We spent only one (1) hour dining??? thus unable to truly enjoy the delicious food that was served. Overall, excellent food but somewhat expensive. The limited wine list and one would also state, limited service as time progresses. The very noisy atmosphere eventually made it impossible to enjoy the evening dining experience. It is unfortunate but I would not return to this establishment.
We called ahead because we were late to our reservation and they were more than accommodating. Great staff, nice ambiance, and good food.
Food, drinks, and service were excellent! What more could you ask for?
Loved the food and the staff!!! It was so much fun and the delivery of the food and drinks was timed perfectly. I will definitely go back!!!
We frequently go to Publico as it is consistently great service and food.
The food here is excellent and the staff is friendly and caring. Every ingredient is fresh.
Saturday evening, we decided last minute to see if Pubblico had a table for two available. They did! We had not eaten there since pre-pandemic. It was terrific! Our server was pleasant and attentive. We ordered the mussels and caprese salad to share as starters, and we each had a glass of wine. YUM! I ordered the lobster ravioli, that had two jumbo shrimp and a scallop along with four ravioli. My husband ordered the short rib ravioli, that had a piece of top sirloin beside it . We were both very satisfied! No room for desert this time around. We'll be back!!!
We shared the Cioppino and it was perfect! Lots of seafood, a delicious, light sauce for the pasta and just the right amount of food to share. Will be back again soon!
Was very pleasantly surprised with this find! Was chosen due to a central location between us and our guests. It was really, really nice! While it's a part of a strip mall, it's tucked back in the corner and it has a very nice patio area which seems more quiet because of the umbrellas and its inset, corner location. Service was wonderful; polite and super attentive! (thanks, Wes!!) Menu and specials had some very creative items and I had a hard time choosing but everyone was very pleased with their choices!! Would definitely go back again!
Strictly mediocre all the way around. Won’t be going back
Made reserv for Rest Week. Seated right away, orders taken. Seafood pasta dish was "gritty" as if mussels not properly washed. Asked for ONE after dinner drink which waiter hadn't heard of. We told him what was in it and he said he'd try... He brought TWO drinks he had concocted that weren't close and charged us for both! Not a good experience.
My first dining experience out since covid. Surprised the staff serving inside weren't wearing masks to be honest. Not the deal breaker...everyone was pleasant the service was good, but the food missed the mark. If you are not Italian or from a major metro city w good Italian then you won't mind the mediocrity. Not enough yum to warrant a return visit for me. Could have been an off night, could have been dulled down by restaurant week...but the lobster ravioli which was off the restaurant week menu was a bit over cooked and fishy :/ Probably more of a good happy hr spot w friends for wine and some apps than to dine out for dinner destination.
Honestly, everything was amazing. Great service, beautiful location. Delicious food and drink. Seriously GREAT dinner!
The staff was amazing! Food was delicious! It was a cool Sunday evening, so we ate on the patio.
Just decided to go out for a late lunch - place is hard to find from the main street but it quickly made up for itself with the food! Amazing pizzas and drinks were on par. Would come back another time during the off-peak hours to have a quiet meal.
Been to this restaurant quite a few times and have never been dissapointed. We love introducing our friends as some of them aren't aware of this little gem. Our server, Stephanie, was fantastic. Not having to wear a mask was a pleasant surprise 👍.
Went for Mother’s Day. Great food options. Great food. Great service
Everything was amazing especially dessert, service was the same
Absolutely loved our Mother's Day experience here. The food was delicious and server recommendations were spot on. We will definitely be coming back.
Celebrating with family
Loved the patio. Will need misters during the hot months
❤️ love this restaurant. food is amazing every time. servers are the best
Solid but non-exceptional Italian food in a hard to find from main street location (better signage please) and price about 1/3 over what a fair price would be. Trendy feel with nondescript decor with a live-flower surrounded outside dining area next to the parking lot. Would have been nice to have a better mix of music to enhance conversation. When none of it is softer instrumental with some traditional retro Italian mixed in, we could've been anywhere. Surprised at receiving canned and bottled sodas and drinks. The seafood risotto was flavorful and had a nice assortment of seafood but my friend had to hunt for his spaghetti under the meatballs which is a shame since the pasta is homemade. My other friend said his lobster ravioli was not as good as he'd hoped. None of the meals came with either soup or salad The shrimp scampi appetizer had justtwo pieces of bread with the I think were 4 shrimp and that appetizer was the highlight of the meal with the bold garlicky buttery richness and plump shrimp so we had to ask for some table bread as it's not automatically brought out and it was over-toasted and plain but allowed us not to let a drop of the sauce go to waste. Table clearing was over-zealous: my friend's 7-Up was only 1/2 sipped and it was refilled with water and I had to grab back the not-yet finished scampi plate, yet the waitstaff wasn't very attentive after the initial description of soups. The tiny tiramisu was weighted down by strawberry slices and needed more flavor. Our credit card was black and when it was returned it did not stick out the top so we didn't notice we had forgotten it. We were still chatting in the parking lot and an attentive server would've noticed and come out to return it, but instead we had to call and come back.Pubblico has potential as the scampi proved but service, ambience, and quality needs some attention esp. to warrant the prices.
Very poor service would not go back
We LOVED everything about Pubblico! The atmosphere (we sat outside), the food (amazing), the staff (so friendly and attentive) and great drinks (thanks, Shem!). We’ll back back for sure so we can try all the other delicious items on the menu!
Food was amazing!! Loved the feel of the restaurant super cute.. drinks were very good
Magical! I took my teen son there and he enjoyed every second of the experience.
