   Menu was simple. Just the right amount of choices. The drinks was top notch. Black Walnut Manhattan Best I have had for long time. Grapefruit Martini was great as well Burger cooked perfectly at med well. The Mac and cheese. Was off the charts for flavor !! Definitely will be goi g back soon.    First time we have been there. I like the open floor plan and the fact that during nice weather, 2 sides can be open to the outdoors. Fun menu, nice selection of beverages, and staff very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

   Short rib melt was very disappointing, not much meat, somewhat dry and came out 10 minutes after the rest of the table got their food. Fry’s were over cooked almost burnt and short. Bottom of the fryer basket.

   Pub Frato is always great. The food is excellent. Everything I have ever had there has been great. And the service is great - from the friendly hostesses to our awesome server Nikki to the woman who brought our food out - everyone was super friendly. Its a very happy atmosphere.    For it being Mother's Day and we had a reservation, it was seamless. Service and food were good, but just very loud in there. It usually is just based on the acoustics of the place so not ideal for a quiet dinner!

    It was a great evening! The food was delicious, the servers were awesome. My friends and I were worried that it might be too loud (we’re OLDER). But with front windows open, it wasn’t! We’ll be back!

    Pub Frato is always great and out server Nikki is the best. She has taken care of us before and she is always super friendly and extremely attentive. She is the type of person who makes you want to come back to a place over and over again. The food is always great and the atmosphere is always fun. Pub Frato is one of our favortites.

    Food was very good. Server was pleasant, but told us several times that kitchen was “slammed”. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it was 50 minutes. Food arrived just as we were about to leave.

    I made a reservation 24 hours in advance. We were seated and ordered some drinks and they were promptly brought to us. At this time we order a pretzel and brussle sprouts appetizers. We put our dinner order in. The pretzel was brought out by a different server. She told us the brussle sprouts were coming. My husband was brought his dinner before the brussle sprouts and there was no explanation as to were the rest of our orders were. My husband had to go ask for napkins and another beer at the bar. At least 20 minutes after my husband got his food the rest of our meals came out, my husband was finished with his. We told the girl that brought our meals out to cancel the brussle sprouts. At no time during any of this did our server ever come out to explain where our meal was. We saw her in the back of the restaurant waiting on a different table. A person came to our table and we explained what happened and she never gave us an explanation as to what happened or why we never got our other appetizer and why it took so long for the rest of our order to come out or at least as to why our server completely abandoned us without an explanation. She gave us a $15 gift card to use then or upon another visit. Unfortunately there will not be another visit. I certainly hope this is not the norm for you. If ever there was an opportunity to comp an entire check I would think that it would have been then! Our check was over $100 for such an unsatisfactory experience

    Pub Frato is not the same restaurant as the original in Concord. The food is at best mediocre . It tasted like it was from a microwave and portions were small enough to be in a kids meal. Very disappointed as we have visited in the past and was not like this when it first opened. Too bad that it gives Chagrin Falls dinning a bad reputation.

    Liked but didn't love it. Nice decor but much of the food we ordered lacked flavor. While my salmon tasted good, the portion size was a bit small. Unfortunately the rice it came with was the opposite; nice sized portion but was bland and had a gummy texture. The other dish was the Grilled Chicken, with apple and brie and served with fries. Fries were delicious but again the portion was small. The sandwich was nice size but seemed to be missing flavor. Also, why not execute it with something other than toasted white/wheat bread? Mason jar desserts were ok but overpriced and again, the portions were small. Will definitely give them another shot as the menu had other items that we would try, not to mention we'd rather pay a local establishment vs. a chain.

    Cheap quality food especially considering the relatively high prices. Processed burger patty, dry steak sandwich, and saw the kitchen staff pouring our "Mac n cheese" out of a Stouffer's box. My fiancee and I were disappointed as this establishment was highly recommended.

    Have not been in this restaurant since opening under this name. Very impressed with decor, ambiance, help, food and service. Kudos for them employing a multitude of servers and bartenders and great tastes coming out of the kitchen. Will definitely return!

    Have eaten here numerous times and I have to say it has Devi gotten better. Noise level was great now and the food was great as well. Portion sizes were much bigger than before and much more flavorful. Will be going back again.

    Everything was great! We loved the brussell sprouts, short rib perogies, and the cauliflower wings. The crispy shrimp tacos were good but not great like everything else! I think they would be better not fried but that’s my opinion.
