Due to my son’s acute gluten allergy, we can only dine at 100% gluten free establishments. We rarely get to eat anywhere and this place was delicious.

The food was amazing as always, and the wait staff was very friendly. As someone with Celiac disease, it is a blessing to walk into a restaurant and be able to finally order anything on the menu.

Everything made at PS and Co is amazing! They use the finest ingredients and I highly recommend trying the meatball sub and all of their salads oh and don’t miss the delicious desserts!

Henry, our waiter, was helpful and kind. It was quite loud and he sat next to us to explain the menu and answer all of our questions. My friend and I loved their salads!
