This was the best brunch in Leavenworth! Highly recommend getting a mimosa and the fabulous chicken and waffle (which has green chilis, a fabulous comeback sauce, and pickles!

My partner took me here for the first time this weekend (6/21) for my birthday dinner and we ended up being the luckiest table in the place having Gus as our server. He was the most easygoing, and welcoming server from the jump and made our night easy and enjoyable. Exceptional service and personality!!! Thank you Gus - we will be back!! Oh - also the food was absolutely perfect and mouthwatering.

We enjoyed our evening at Prusik’s. And both our entrées were excellent. But to some degree the real stars of the show are the cocktails and appetizers. They offer several vegetarian as well as regular appetizers. Their cocktails are creative and use unique ingredients. We had the roasted carrots And the queso bread for appetizers. Our entrées were also excellent with my wife having the fillet and I had a new pasta item on the menu. Service was excellent as well.

Cuisine is excellent. Excellent service. Had crab/shrimp eggs Benedict and Shrimp & grits. Nice presentation, fantastic flavor. Would highly recommend.

When in Leavenworth… this is where we eat dinner! Consistent, amazing flavors and quality , kind service. We can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Make a reservation! Everything we have tasted has been SO GOOD we are particularly fond of the Tenderloin & truffle Tallow Fries.

Really nice... the fries cooked in beef tallow was a great find! However they where a bit on the spicy side, but once we mixed in an order without the seasonings that made them perfect. Tenderloin steak was perfect and the creme cheesecake was killer good. Friendly staff ADA helpful and all at a fair price. Casual dinning so nothing supper fancy just a good meal!

Mediocre at best. I don’t do a lot of reviews, but after at least a half dozen visits to PK I finally have to say something. I’m local, I’ve been multiple times To “Wildflour” the predecessor to “Larch”… one of the best kept secrets of “pre-covid “ restaurants. The partners split and Wildflour remains at Kahler MTN club while Larch is the new (relatively) restaurant in Leavenworth. Larch remains one of my favorite’s Unfortunately the quality and service does not translate to Prusik (owners of Larch established Prusik). Prusik’s food and service have been consistently disappointing (at least a half dozen dining experiences). Specifically, during our last visit (Memorial Day weekend, knew it would be busy and were prepared for the effects of a busy Leavy weekend) We were seated quickly as we had a reservation (6 people). We were not served water or offered any drinks when the waitress Asked us if We were ready to order. Which we responded with “we would like to have a cocktail”… of course, and we ordered our first round and then subsequently ordered a few Appetizers for the table. The “craft” cocktails are $17 ( feels overpriced by almost $5 compared to what You can get elsewhere in Leavy). After our appetizers we all ordered entree’s. The food came quickly enough and I would Characterize the food to be “average”. At this point we have finished our appetizer and our entree’s and the server hasn’t taken a single plate from our table. When we got the check we couldn’t find a place on the table to sign the credit card bill…. And for all of that… we were required to pay a 20% tip for a party of 6. As a local I will never go to PK or Larch ever again. Disgraceful.

The food and drink was amazing. We will diffidently come back. It was pretty loud and the fuller the restaurant got the harder it was to hear each other. The vents were directly above the table, so it was pretty chilly...bring a sweater.
