    Great restaurant experience. Fun menu, great drinks and the passion fruit flan is amazing. The staff was very accommodating and even let me have a taste of the squid ink risotto. A must try in Ft. Wayne.

    Service was great, nice atmosphere, the food was served promptly and tasted great. We ate a spicy tomato soup, a shrimp dish which was a little bland, a salmon dish which was flavorful, and a yummy Caribbean spice cake.

    My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Upon arrival we got a card signed by staff saying Happy Anniversary and the dessert is on us. We started with the Carnita Tostone which was delicious followed by the ribeye, cooked to perfection. We chose the spike cake which was a great way to finish out the night! I wish I remember our server, she was great and attentive!

    Very good meal. The cuisine was a bit new for most of our group but everyone enjoyed it. Our server was very helpful explaining the menu. We were celebrating the year of our 65th birthdays and they even comped us a dessert. If we are ever back in Ft. Wayne, we would return in a heartbeat.

    We enjoyed a delicious breakfast of tacos and the garbage skillet. Also a breakfast cocktail! Prompt service and pleasant surroundings. First time to Ft Wayne and appreciate the nice DT. We will come back if ever in the area.

    Excellent, innovative cuisine, first rate service in a delightful atmosphere. Prices have gone up a bit, but that is true of most everything. Still a wonderful value and our favorite top tier restaurant in Fort Wayne!

    The food was great. The hummus appetizer was to die for! Would definitely request it next time. Jerk Tuna was excellent! Don’t know what they put in the rice but it was buttery smooth and I could eat it as a meal. Tortilla soup had good flavor but was way too spicy for me but my husband liked it so… Service was excellent. Aaron really knows the menu well and explained all about the food and it’s ingredients. Wish I had asked if the soup was spicy🙄 A bit on the pricey side but would go back for sure. Hubby loved the whiskey sour and I really enjoyed the Zinfandel.

    Love Proximo! Our server was attentive and gave us plenty of room to have conversations without interrupting. The food was amazing - we ordered three brunch items and split them..... delicious! Highly recommend trying Proximo out for brunch or dinner.

    The service at Proximo is consistently attentive and helpful. Our selections on this visit were the Caesar Salad, Guava Salad, Jamaican Jerk Tuna, and Shrimp and Grits. All were fresh, delicious, and well-presented. The Old-Fashioned cocktails were also excellent. For this meal plus two glasses of wine and server tip we paid nearly $200. A bit pricey to call it a good value but we will still be back. Kudos to the Chef!

    The service was excellent. The food was phenomenal. We had the Mole Braised Duck & the Caribbean Halibut. Both were equally as good. We leaned a little more to the fish being better, but that's just us.

    The food was great! Out server, Aaron, was excellent and so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, he’s a keeper. Proximo made our anniversary special, they even had a card for us that everyone had signed!

    Made reservations and arrived about 15 mins early. After a very short wait we were seated but didnt see our server for another 15/20mins. Ordered a shrimp appetizer and it was fantastic spicy but great. For the drinks we had a whisky sour margarita and mimosa would give those 9/10. For brunch the lemon blueberry pancakes had potential but the berry custard tasted funky 1/10. The skillet is unflavored and gives off frozen jimmy dean. The best thing on the menu was the $7 kids pancake breakfast 9/10

    Everything went well. U arrived in time, and a table was ready. Soon I was joined by two others. The meals and service were wonderful. We are and chatted for awhile. As more people arrived to find the restaurant, the noise level raised a small but, making subsequent conversation a but more difficult. The noise level would not dissuade me from returning for another visit.

    Very noisy and the table was small and felt crowded. The service was very good but I didn't feel that the meal/food was remarkable - I probably would not go back.

    The food was delicious. We each had a chicken dish. Cuban and Cilantro Pesto. We will be back for the food for sure. Ambiance and service wasn’t bad but nothing stood out as a landmark. Biggest perk was realizing Country Heritage winery is next door!
