I absolutely love coming here, but the noise levels are problematic. Adding some acoustic panels would make a huge difference and create a much more comfortable vibe.

The bar/service staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Ambience & decore were spot on. Every meal ordered was fresh, tasty & presented well. Will be returning again.

The service was amazing and the portion was great. Both my friend and I took some of the food home as we couldn’t finish it all. The chips were not very hot but still tasty.

We came this week for lunch - first visit. The team made us feel very welcome - and told us a little about this new hotel. Ordered steak schnitzel and 2x shrimp and chips/ salad. Came quickly - all our food was good. On a cold day it was good to sit in a booth! Looking forward to going again.

chips were only warm, and gravy was cold very disappointing, had to send the gravy back, not sure if i would go back again

This was my first dining experience at Prospect Hotel & Cellars with my wife and colleagues and we all loved it. We will be definitely visit again.
