   Food was excellent and it did remind me of the home cooked quality...and quantity. We got three different types of pasta to share in five and food was plenty, well prepared and presented. Pasta alla Norcina was my personal favorite, but the pappardelle all'agnello and the gnocchi were good too. We then got three different pizzas and they did not disappoint. The quality of the dough reflects the best Italian standards. We ended up with dessert. The panna cotta and the tiramisu were excellent. The tiramisù is the same family recipe we use. I like the central kirkland location with parking nearby. Definitely going back! I don't have pictures of the pasta because it flew off the table and didn't have a chance to snap a pic.

   We gave the restaurant a shot last night. The location is nice. There is outdoor seating, which is quite cool. We opted to eat inside and we feel the inside dining needs work. The ceilings are low and the sound mitigation is non-existent. There was a party of ten fellas that were enjoying themselves, but their conversation dominated the room. We could barely hold a conversation because the sound echoed off of the walls and low ceiling. The decor looked unfinished and could use some sprucing up. One waitress and the host handled the service duties and they simply could not meet the needs of the customers. They put forth one heck of an effort, but the challenge was too much. It is recommended the owners work on mitigating sound, and they hire enough personnel to dramatically improve service. The food tasted quite good, so there is a chance Prosecco makes it, but the improvements must be made if they want to succeed.

   Food was overcooked. Pasta was cooked such that it was crumbly. I ordered the king crab at the recommendation of the waiter, but it was awful. The crab legs were very thin with very little meat, the sauce that was on the pasta was also quite thin. My wife ordered the salmon risotto and the salmon was overcooked. What really bothered me, though, was the poor service. When the waiter was around he was quite nice and attentive, but he went away for quite some time. There were plenty of staff members that were standing around, but nobody came by our table to pick up the plates. After a while, I stacked our used plates on top of each other, and put them on the side of the table, hoping to get the attention of staff. That didn’t work. Overall, it wasn’t a good value at all. It ended up being an expensive overcooked meal.

   Food was amazing the server was very polite and kind. Also a little funny. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and it was amazing, would recommend to anyone that loves carbonara or pasta in general!

   From the moment we walked into Prosecco, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and cozy, with warm lighting, elegant décor, and the inviting aroma of authentic Italian cooking drifting from the kitchen. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent wine pairings, including a beautiful glass of prosecco that set the tone for the evening. Every dish was a masterpiece. The burrata appetizer was impossibly creamy, served with perfectly grilled crostini. For mains, the seafood risotto was rich and flavorful, and the handmade pasta with truffle cream sauce was nothing short of divine. We ended with a classic tiramisu that was light, luscious, and the perfect sweet finish. Prosecco delivers on every level: food, ambiance, and hospitality.    Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! Every bite tasted like it came straight from the Adriatic coast of Italy. Super cozy place and even better service, will definitely be back.
