   We had a lovely dinner! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

   We went to Prose Kitchen &Bar for an early dinner. Gregory was our server. He was very friendly and attentive. He able to answer all of our questions regarding the menu. We enjoyed the crispy fried squash blossom. I would order them again. The cheddar cheese biscuit was delicious! The Japanese style carpaccio. This was my favorite item we tried. My husband really enjoyed the spicy lemon and crab spaghetti. The broccolini was ok but my favorite. We shared the chocolate torte for dessert. It was everything you would want in a dessert, rich and decadent! We will be back!

   So enjoyed finding a comfortable, smart restaurant with wonderful, elevated (just enough) California cuisine in the West San Fernando valley. The servers were attentive and friendly. The restaurant was comfortably busy. Maybe a touch loud for my preference, but didn't distract. We enjoyed our food tremendously, especially zucchini flowers and miso salmon. And nice curated wine list! Really excellent!

   Delicious! Happy to see a full restaurant on a Monday night. The attention from the staff was just right. Great recommendations on wine and the artichoke salad. We will be back!

   Service was great! The hamachi globe was delicious and presentation was amazing. We had the miso cod and crab spaghetti. Cod was very good, but the same spaghetti came after and was not good after the cod. Fishy and salty after a sweet miso cod. We will definitely be back to try again as we love having a new neighborhood restaurant.

   It was my second time dining here in the last month! Friendly staff, good wine selection, delicious food! The ambiance is great, like a neighborhood go to spot!

   We sat at the bar so we could watch every dish come out of the kitchen—and wow, what a show. We ordered four different dishes and every single one was a 10 out of 10. The flavors, the presentation, the quality—top notch. You can feel the chef’s passion in every bite. We’re beyond thrilled that this level of culinary excellence has finally made its way to the Valley. PROSE is exactly what the neighborhood needed. Bravo to the team for bringing ExcellentLA-level dining to our side of town!
