Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen brings a refined dining experience to historic Downtown Plant City. Featuring a carefully curated menu by Chef Rocco Taliani, our restaurant is home to over 175 whiskeys and a full cocktail bar. Guests can enjoy formal dining in our elegant dining room or relax with a cocktail in the inviting Palmer Room. Every detail at Propagation has been thoughtfully designed, from the custom shelving and liquor lockers to the beautifully restored original floors from 1909. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing a memorable whiskey experience.

My husband and I have eaten at Propagation twice. Both times the service, food, and drinks were top notch. The decor and servers make for a perfect atmosphere. This restaurant is a real gem of Plant City. Please don’t change a thing. You have already nailed it.

Always an incredible meal and experience. Drinks are perfectly made and the pace of the evening is never rushed. Highly recommend if you’re a foodie!

It was my husband's birthday. I scheduled it 4+ weeks in advance. Table was by the bathroom, and glass shelving of alcohol. People would come over by the table to look at them. We ordered and waiting over 35 minutes for food. The server who was attentive in the beginning was suddenly MIA. I went to the hostess to inquire about our food, she went to check, and then they immediately brought everything out. It was a sucky experience on a special day. The restaurant did discount my husband's plate and offer a dessert, but by that time, we just wanted to leave. i was excited to try this place as we just moved to Plant City. Will try again and hope it goes better.

Food was good, a little pricey. Bloody Mary's were good. We chose to sit outside because the music was too loud, both the life performer and the canned music when he took a break. One of the reasons we go out to eat is to have a nice conversation. Impossible to do when you have to shout. It was very nice outside. Server was very attentive.

Great experience in the heart of Plant City. Love having this so close to home and the Ossobuco special was Delicious!
