Ryan and the crew serve some of the tastiest fare around!! Coupled with a warmth, personable you're "family to us" feel, Proof is the premier location for Meatlovers and bourbon aficionados. If you want a fantastic night out full of fun and incredible food this place is an absolute must! Cheers guys.C

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted walmly. The burgers were delicious and came with a large amount of fries. Great selection of Boutique Beers. The music was American southern country…. Certainly not my taste of genre but fitting for the environment and not enough to detract from our night out We will be back again

Food is consistently great (corn bread especially) priced well and staff are friendly. Only downside is proximity to the main road. Easily overlooked considering everything else about the place is great.
