    Booked a table a week in advance. Made our way from our hotel, 15 minutes away, only to get to Proof and it was closed. No communication at all.

    I was able to book a table for 15th April and received email confirmation and when we showed up the place was in darkness. I then received an email confirming my dining and asking for a review. Clearly I cannot comment on anything other than service. Which is poor because I didn’t get any.

    We always have the best time when we go to Proof! The staff are always down for a chat! The food is BEST in Brisbane!

    Seemed very short on staff and slightly chaotic... possibly covid. The staff were very welcoming however we did wait over an hour to be served dinner

    We've eaten at Proof a number of times and will continue to do so. The service and food are brilliant and we have never left feeling anything but extremely satisfied. Great food, great people.
