Pronto! Restaurant and Video Bar
Dinner before community theater.
The food was great and the service was too. Dominick, our server was awesome.
There was a family there with their dog during our visit (outside seating). The kids got up to walk the dog out and the dog started bothering other patrons trying to eat. I'm sure this was not a normal occurrence.
Everything else was great!
Sat outside. Had quick service and the food was great!
Dana and the other waitress (whose named started with an A) (Alexandra?) made the trip worthwhile. Many items displayed on the menu for Opentable were not there and the item ordered was not to my liking.
Service was REALLY good though!
This used to be my favorite place to eat in Royal Oak. Me and my wife came on a slow Sunday evening (6/2) and after enduring a 50 minute wait for two sandwiches and the waiter forgetting about our table entirely, I will not be back in the future
Such a Shame
This restaurant has a lot of potential, but is lacking greatly as of yet. Upon entering, I waited about 5 minutes before even being greeted, and a few more minutes before being sat. Please note that it was on a Thursday afternoon at lunch time, and there were only 2 other tables sat, and no people waiting. My server, Jared, was very sweet and friendly, however, and tried to be as attentive as possible.
The table was very sticky and seemed to just need replacing. I didn’t feel that I was in a routinely cleaned atmosphere.
The food was just not great in any way. It was lunch and I was eating quickly, so I just ordered chicken tenders, nothing major. They were a little overcooked, and the fries weren’t salted and just didn’t taste great. The food wasn’t horrible, just grossly unremarkable. The table next to me ordered cheese nachos, and they actually looked awful, unfortunately. The cheese appeared to just have been microwaved, and the entire plate of nachos were hard and stuck together; at one point, the diner picked up the entire order of nachos just by picking one up. It was so disappointing to see. The order was for a child, and he was upset and just opted to eat from his Mom’s plate, and didn’t even touch the microwaved cheese nachos, which was probably a good idea.
Upon exiting, I bid farewell to the gentleman standing at the register by wishing him a nice day, he looked at me in a puzzled way and said “um, thanks”, and returned to his work. Very odd.
In all, I would really never have a reason to return here and would not recommend it to others. Very sorry to have to say these things.
Very dirty. Sandwich served with the heel of the bread.
We went early, 5 o'clock, take into consideration the noise level at the time you arrive.
Food was good. The server was friendly, but they were short staffed. The restaurant and bathrooms were a mess...papers strewn all over. Table sticky. It was very warm in there.
Always a good choice when in RO
There for mother's day - the service was terrible. We didn't get our food until an hour and twenty minutes after we sat down.
Evidently the kitchen was understaffed for Mother's Day. Took 45 minutes to get our food and our server disappeared for the entire time after telling us she'd keep our coffee filled. Had to ask for refills from another server.
