Pronto by Giada - Caesars Palace
Brunch review: I wanted so badly to love my experience. We were seated right away, which was nice that I made a reservation in advance. The people before us were quite upset they had to wait given the name of the restaurant is Pronto (she spoke so loudly). Once seated we were asked for drinks. It took 3 tries and almost 20 minutes for my husband to get his tea. Waitress kept forgetting his order. The food...I was so disappointed and kind of disgusted. Disappointed bc the food appeared left out for hours (dried up and messy) and disgusted bc the salad/pasta/dessert area was so exposed to the crowds of people walking by and walking up to it. Who knows what germs people leave behind. It was the worst part of it all. I didn’t try the omelets, bc ingredients were nothing special.
Overall, very overpriced for the quality and service. I guess you pay for the name and location. Caesars also had a foul smell of sweaty people and wet dog. Was hard to enjoy eating.
Take away food quality was much better. Service was a bit better. I was asked to get back in line after I paid already and waited for the expensive scoop of ice cream (you would think it was organic). They just didn’t seem happy to be working there.

The service was terrible. Our waitress didn’t really even acknowledge we were there. She only came by one time before she brought the check. Also, the prime rib was very bland and dry. I was told a soda was not included in my meal but a mimosa was. I would definitely never recommend this place to a friend. I saw five different people who appeared to be chefs and not one of them said one word to me or my friend. We both said hello and they gave us a disgusted look.
We had reservations. We stood at the host's desk for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help us. We finally had to ask someone at the bar to get us someone to seat us. That took another 5 minutes. There was not a very large selection of food. What we had, tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Some of it was cold. Service was not good. My husband got up twice to ask for salt and pepper. He finally went to the bar and got his own. The food was just average. And the cost is insane for what you get. We will not go back.

There is a cafe and wine bar. The wine bar is behind the cafe and it’s difficult to locate the hostess because the table is so small. Once we figured out where the hostess was, we got a table. The service for drinks were slow but the waiter was kind and accommodating.
The food was amazing, not a lot of food, but what was served was delicious! It was pretty busy and could have used a few more waiters as we had to track them down several times for a refill on coffee, water and juice. Not sure if they had spoons or not as they were not part of the silverware on the table and had to use my knife to stir the sugar and creamer in my coffee. We will definitely be back.
It was very good. Not overloaded with options and that’s ok. What was there was quality. Delicious, I would definitely do it again. Please validate parking

We had a very nice brunch there. There were parts of the restaurant that should be roped off to stop people from walking into the buffet. It’s was a great value with our travelzoo voucher!
I enjoyed my brunch here at Pronto by Giada very much. The staff, the ambiance and the food were excellent. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone. The experience there was wonderful.
The quality and selection of food was terrible. The breads and meats were dry. The Service was poor. Had to get up to find sugar then salt and pepper. Worst and smallest selection of food I’ve seen at a buffet in Vegas.
Good value using Travelzoo 2 for 1. It's like a small "antipasto" buffet. All the food quite tasty for both hot and cold items. I would definitely not pay $45 each though.
Ambiance casual elegant- very good quality of food and the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent services.
The food was good but not great and they didn’t have enough staff to cover the amount of people there. The staff was very friendly & courteous but they only had one waitress & no bus boys so the hostess had to clear the tables. We had a noon reservation but didn’t get seated until 12:15 because of the staffing problem. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the amount of money it costs.
The food was so tasty and beautifully presented. Perfect amount of selection. Not a huge buffet but enough choices for everyone. Atmosphere was very trendy with tables, bar seating and causal comfy chairs. It was a lovely place to start our day!

The food was amazing, though I would have liked a larger selection to choose from. The dining area is very small and tight. The service is quite slow and servers seem overwhelmed.

I loved Pronto. I am a former Las Vegas resident who still travels there several times per year, so I am very familiar with Vegas buffets. This one was much different. This one had "fancier" food (which I love). Not a huge selection, but there was a pesto pasta dish, shrimp, quinoa, cheese, fruit, meats, etc. When we arrived, they had a homefries dish with onions and bacon, which was delicious. Unfortunately, they never replenished them, even though brunch wasn't close to ending. The lemon ricotta cookies and chocolate chip cookies were outstanding. I used a Groupon with the unlimited mimosa option. The regular prices were very expensive for this buffet in my opinion, especially for the amount of food selection.
What a disappointment. WAY overpriced, almost no selection, awful service. Forget the brand name. Go elsewhere.
The food was good. However the service was some of the worst I've seen in town. After we were seated our napkins (that were on top of the menus) were removed while we were at the omelet station. Had to ask for new ones. Got our coffee, but no spoons, creamer or sweetner (until we asked multiple times). You would think this was their first day of business. Very disappointed.

After reading some of the reviews I was not sure what we were getting into. When we arrived there were two parts to the restaurant. There was an area that was a more grab-and -go and has sandwiches and seems like a quick lunch option. We noticed there was a second area where they had the weekend brunch set up. You had an option to order from a menu or they had a buffet style set up. We opted for the buffet and it was phenomenal. If you like Giada you will love this! Everything tasted like it came straight from one of her cookbooks. The buffet was not a large buffet (3-4 stations and a made to order omelette station), but honestly you did not need anything else! Perfect!
Wonderful food with top notch service. Perfect made to order omlets. Our drinks were refilled multiple times, waitress was so friendly. We were stuffed!
2 side notes: I am allergic to nuts and more than 50% of the offerings contained nuts, just fyi for my fellow allergics
Also, we went at 10am for brunch but the food was mostly lunch/dinner food. Roast beef, cheesecake, salad, etc.
The quality of the food was outstanding: fresh, well-seasoned, excellent quality. We'll be back again
when we're in Las Vegas as the buffet serves our kind of food.
We were expecting a brunch with ambiance, given the Giada name and its location in Caesar’s Palace. No so. More like a buffet with too little breakfast items, and too much savory lunch fare. Very casual diner style. We had a “server”, but everything was self-service except for drinks. Took a couple of requests to get second drink. We were a little disappointed.

Four of us had brunch reservations and I would not return. Brunch is $44/person, or half that with a voucher. At $22/person brunch was stilly wildly overpriced. The setting is essentially a small food court that is adjacent and open to a walkway in Caesar’s. Ambience is nonexistent. Harried hostess was also bussing and setting up tables and acting as fixer while audibly wondering where the manager was hiding. Lots of employees hovering behind the bar instead of managing their tables or doing anything that seemed to alleviate the chaos of this tiny space. One person manning two omelet burners and the carving station, which was ridiculous. There were no clean plates for the first 20 min of meal, and they kept running around out for the hour we were there, and it took that long for everyone to get their “unlimited complimentary drinks.” No one ever received a refill and latte was served in paper cups. Food wasn’t replenished, options were limited and quality of food was mediocre. Such a disappointment. Don’t bother buying unlimited mimosa or drink packages, as you will only receive one drink (after long wait) and won’t be able to hail your server for a refill. Brunch was a scam and total disappointment. Can’t think of one positive think to say. Food was comparable to a mid-range hotel breakfast. Even at $22 it wasn’t worth it.

This appears to be a clever scam/sham by Ceasar's Palace. Pronto by Giada is a wine bar during the week. On Sundays they move tables into the gift shop, which is open to a very busy aisle so you can watch people walking by pulling their luggage, etc.) I was almost done with my meal before my coffee order was delivered and that was after I asked the manager to check on it. He was nonchalant in his response. All in all, not an enjoyable experience and CERTAINLY not worth the money.
There are better places for brunch at that price point. Felt like a cafeteria, tables to close to each other... not enough mains to choose from...a lot of sweets though 😊
Restaurant is inside Caesar's Palace and a bit hard to locate, but we were so glad we found it! Made a reservation and the table was ready when we arrived a few minutes early. The food was small plates, so it made it easier to sample many new and diverse items -- all of which were fantastic. Definitely recommend trying Pronto!
Pronto is set up as a quick food delivery restaurant. Converting it with a couple of plants to have a Sunday brunch doesn't work. You feel like you're sitting out in the hall. Although the food was OK, the selection was very limited. I had paid for the drink package on my travelzoo coupon but was given a hard time by the server and told that only the mimosas were included.
Maybe this restaurant is good for a quick snack, but do not go therefore the Saturday or Sunday brunch!

Very small restaurant, if you can call it a restaurant. Looks like a little lobby gift shop they threw a dress on and is calling it a restaurant. Also if you're unfamiliar with Caesar's, good luck finding it. Signs suck, 2 different employees I asked gave us wrong directions, and it's adjoined to a take out version (of Giada) which makes it even more confusing. We stood in the wrong line only to find out it's around the corner. Buffet area is very small with a very small selection of items. Small omelette/carving station with only one person manning the whole thing. If he's making an omelette, you stand there and wait until he's available to get a slice of beef or turkey. My biggest gripe is the lack of plates. There are 2 sizes, small and smaller. The larger of the 2 is almost always out and takes a while for them to bring more. Omelette station, being that the area is so small, was out a few times of items to put in your omelette. They make these signature omelettes but they were out of the items that make them signature; no cheese for the cheese omelette, no sausage for the spicy sausage omelette, etc. Now for the food; the spicy sausage omelette was good. The roast beef was too well done and the parmesan cheese hash browns were good when they are fresh. The rest of the stuff seemed like regular buffet stuff. Was hoping for some fancy celebrity chef touches but was unimpressed. Service was mediocre. They kept trying to serve my underage son mimosas and didn't bring my coffee or water until the third time I asked. My wife bought a Groupon which made it hurt less. I am not a food critic, foodie (I do not regularly take pictures of my food), hipster douchebag (just a regular douchebag), or anything like that, I just like to eat. So for the record, I do not recommend.
The service was horrible. We paid for bottomless mimosas and constantly had to waive the server down for refills on mimosas as well as water. It took the couple sitting next to us their entire meal before the server brought them water. The best part of the meal was the omelet station. It was one of the best omelets I have had. The servers never came around and cleared empty plates from our seats. I basically bused our own table and placed the dirty plates on an empty table so we could have room on the table for more food. For the price of brunch, I would not recommend this restaurant to friends. I would tell them to go to the hotel buffets instead. (it's a sign the restaurant is not doing good when every table sitting next to you has a groupon for their meal)
