We without question have the best food of any bar you have ever been to. We are a bar, so 21+ only allowed. Reservations recommended, walk-ins accepted when seating is available. Patio seating has no view of shows. Reservation disclaimer: Tables are not assigned until arrival. We also will not seat any party until all guests have arrived. There is a 10 minute grace period, if your party does not arrive within 10 of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.

    Prohibition is a bar 21+. Valid physical ID required. Only 1 reservation per party allowed each night. Friday and Saturday reservations after 7:30 PM will be charged show admissions upon arrival. Shows are about 25 minutes long.Reservations before 10 PM may be limited to 2 hour seating based on availability. Reservations after 10 PM have unlimited table time. No Show and Late Cancellation will be charged $25 per seat. Cancellation is 4pm day of show for parties of 6 or less, and 24 hours for parties of 7 or more. A $25 minimum spend per reserved seat may be charged in the event of partial no show, or in event actual spend is less than $25 per reserved seat.

    Had an absolute blast at Prohibition !! Love the lounge chairs at the tables . Drinks are expensive!! However the quality makes them worth it . Food was fast and fresh . Server was so nice and welcoming. Worth the trip !!

    Unusual location and odd exterior. Never would have noticed it or tried it if it hadn’t been on Open Table. Reception area is quaint and cozy. Then you are taken through the hidden doors. Very good food and great drinks. Sat at bar and Meghan was excellent.

    The libations drink menu did not have enough sweet options, also the inability to make your own drinks was kind of disappointing. The few I tried were good but my party didn't find anything they found interesting. Our server was delightful, friendly and super informative. I also enjoyed the dessert.

    Food was good, but way overpriced. Was too loud for conversation and we missed the show (which was our reason for coming) due to the 2 hr table limit.

    Hi Sandy, thanks for providing this feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the food. I see you ordered the 14 oz Wagyu Ribeye and the Wagyu Ribeye Taco's as well. I am a bit surprised that you find these to be over priced, where most restaurants carrying this high quality product are charging significantly more. You are correct the standard table time at Prohibition is 2 hours as stated on our reservation policy. With shows starting at 9:30 and 11:15, your reservation time of 7:15 is not able to view the show. Reservations after 8:00 PM are able to view a show. I do hope you come back in with later reservation as shows are fun!

    I usually like Prohibition, but I was disappointed because I believe the recent "Ladies Night" was false advertising. I went under the impression that there would only be men. Because this is LADIES night. I get women aren't always straight, but you can't advertise that it's all about men when it clearly isn't for you. Women are constantly dancing. I want something different. And during both the early and late night show (tho there were more men dancers during the late night show) there was more than one woman dancing. In fact, I believe the early mornign show there were MORE women dancing than men! Why even call this ladies night if it's just going to be a normal burlesque show? I won't be coming back to Ladies Night. I'm very disappointed.

    Hi Liz, thank you for the feedback. We are unaware of any advertising that indicated our shows were referenced as 'Ladies Night'. We had not advertised or promoted it as such. If you have seen such advertisement, we would greatly appreciate some detail on where that is/was. We advertised this as Blue Collar Burlesque. For each show we had two male and three female performers. And there was no early morning show. Is it possible you had seen advertisement for another establishment and made a reservation at Prohibition? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated as we would very much like to understand your comment of 'false advertising'. We would also like to better understand if we caused any disappointment for you. Thank you!

    Outstanding food, awesome service from Emily and ambiance you can’t beat. I had the Elliott’s Mess placebo(non alcoholic drink) which was delicious as well as the French onion soup and short rib Mac and cheese. The chocolate bites are a must!

    Our drinks were amazing, as was the cauliflower appetizer! I had the pistachio crusted salmon and my husband tried the shrimp Alfredo and they were also both so delicious. Our server Sam was attentive and the ambience was great. So happy we tried this out while we visited Salt Lake!

    It was really noisy making conversation difficult. The appetizer we ordered sounded flavorful and interesting but was bland and had to be drenched in dips to taste like anything. There was one sauvignon blanc option which was overpriced. I think the concept/theme of the club is great. The service was excellent.

    Ambience was awesome, and was a cool vibe inside. Food was not very good and very pricey. We got the Wagyu steak and there was basically no flavor. Some salt and pepper would've even helped lol.

    Visited Prohibition for the first time and I was impressed, especially by the ambiance and decor! I had the Beast Burger and it was delicious. Yes, it’s spicy, but not so spicy you can’t enjoy it. Plus, I love Hefeweizen beer so I had the draught Wasatch Blueberry Hefeweizen and it was great as well and very well priced. I went around 5 on a Saturday night and it wasn’t busy yet, so for me that’s the perfect time! Highly recommended all the way around!

    My friend and I visited on a Friday night to enjoy drinks, food, and the wonderful show. We had an amazing server, the food and drinks were great, and we loved the show and atmosphere. I cant wait to go back.

    The entire experience at Prohibition Utah is not one to be missed. The show is short enough to not detract from an enjoyable dinner experience and fun enough to make you want more. Excellent food and drink choices. Very classy.

    This is such a cute place. We did it for a girls get together, a little loud to talk in the evening but the food was amazing, the atmosphere is so fun, service was awesome! Highly recommend.

    We sat at a very comfortable table with cushion chairs, but instead of staggering us we were sat next to two young gentlemen who were pretty "toasted" and kept talking with us. We wanted to be polite, but it got excessive. What should have been a super nice, intimate evening was a bit tainted by not being sat appropriately...I understand station situations, but customers SHOULD come first, don't sit us on top of another table when there are so many other options to choose from.

    The food, drinks, and service were great! I do have two issues though. First, when we ordered our food we were asked what sides we wanted (fries, soup, salad, etc), but when the bill arrived, we found we had substantial additional charges for the soups. We wouldn't have gotten them if we knew it would cost extra. I checked the online menu later and found that the soup wasn't listed as an option, but with the way the server included the option it sounded like it was a standard choice. Second, we had a first-time drinker who wasn't into her first drink. Our server said she'd take care of it and get her something else. We took that as meaning she'd be willing to get her a replacement for free. We did not expect her to do that but it seemed like a wonderful gesture. We found that we had been charged for both drinks on the bill. Once again, great place, but some of the charges felt a bit predatory. Make sure you ask questions and get clarification on what is included and what is extra. We were celebrating a birthday and didn't want to mess up the vibe, so I decided to just let it go.
