   We went on Jazz night with a group of 6 and everyone loved the drinks and food. It was a little loud, so at times it was difficult to hear other people, but the environment was fun and energetic. Our server had excellent recommendations and the drinks were really delicious and creative. The restaurant is a little more on the pricey side, but totally worth the quality of ingredients and creative combinations of food and drinks.

   Wonderful speakeasy themed bar. I was there on a night without live music and it was very nice, I could easily converse with the person I went with. The cocktails were very unique and the food was delicious. Our server was fantastic as well. I will definitely be going back!

   Table service was a bit slow. To me good good service is when a waiter is observant but not obtrusive. The waiter was slow - I never had my tea refilled but water was. Just poor attention to detail. If you want a 25% tip - IT MUST BE EARNED. We will be back the atmosphere is outstanding.

   This was our second time visiting. First, was when they first opened years ago. We weren't impressed then and the second time was about the same. The ambiance is very cute, the burlesque show was fun but the service wasn't great, the food was mediocre, drinks were expensive and not worth it. We had reservations and as soon as we sat we got water and were told the show starts in 30 mins. We decided to get drinks and appetizers before the show and order entrées after. We had the nachos and poutine. The poutine was disappointing and not really poutine. After the show finished ordered our entrées and had to wait 10 mins before we got silverware. When we finally got silverware and started to eat a hostess told us we had to leave because the table was reserved. So, we boxed up our dinner and left. I understand there's a show time schedule but not being able to finish our meals and enjoy our company doesn't make for a great night out. I was really hoping for a better experience the second shot we gave it. But we were disappointed once more.

   ProhibitionResponded 5 days agoHi James. Looking at your reservation I see you booked a reservation for a party of 4 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday January 28th. You were seated at 6:59 and placed your appetizer order at 7:11 PM, and your entrée order at 8:30 PM. Your order was complete 8:48 with just 12 minutes left on your reservation. Regarding the poutine as stated on menu we use a 7 cheese chipotle mornay, not a traditional gravy. I apologize as I am sure this tasted much different than you had expected as a result.

    It's a little annoying how they try and push you out after you are through eating. I can understand when it's busy and there are no tables available, but not when there are quite a few open tables and it's close to 10:00pm when you know they aren't expecting a flood of customers. Also, while the burlesque show is entertaining, I can't say it's worth the $7 cover charge.

    Nice spot but quality of food has fallen off in last 6-12 months; never busy at lunch and great place for a lunch meeting except recently they decided to crank up music which makes conversation a bit tough

    I met a dear friend there for lunch on Thursday Jan. 26 th Thought coming into the vintage shop was a fun touch. After we were seated, our waitress showed us the QR code but my friend requested a printed menu. It took a while, but we finally got water and two menus. We ordered two house Bloody Mary’s and the server ( another person) brought us Margaritas. Took those back and finally brought the Bloody Mary’s. I ordered the tacos, a bit messy to eat but good and my friend had the Huevos Rancheros. Everything was fine with food and our waitress was very friendly if not a bit scattered. It wasn’t very busy that day at lunch. I’ll probably go back with my husband because it is a unique place to fine.

    We ordered items from the Brunch menu. The food would have been very good except it was cold. The plates it was served on were cold - not even room temperature, therefore the eggs and hash browns were not hot. Cold hash browns and eggs are not very appetizing. Very disappointed in the food.

    It is s fun place, have been many times before. We usually stay 4+ hours, have four or five cocktails and multiple appetizers. We have all noticed that cocktail prices are getting ridiculous. I think the average is $18 and some of them were 20+ they do look cute, but taste was nothing to write home about. Food was delicious! Everyone was nice and pleasant but I do not appreciate servers coming to my table 20 times asking do you want another cocktail? Do you want another cocktail? Do you want another appetizer? Please just let me enjoy the show and spend some time with my friends when I’m done with my cocktail I will order another. We left as soon as the show ended. Show was great.

    Prohibition is a wonderful and fun experience! It was our first time there. The entertainment and vibe was just what I wanted for my birthday dinner out! The food was good, the drinks were excellent and the entertainment was second to none. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

    I love Prohibition but wouldn't come back for dinner. Overpriced small portions. Mac and Cheese had no flavor and super expensive. Been here many times and always had a good experience but this time fell flat. We went to see live Jazz but couldn't see or hear the band at all. Still love the ambience here, may go back for brunch again.

    Our waitress was amazing. The food was quite disappointing unfortunately. The mock tail was delicious though. Had been there for lunch a couple weeks prior and the food was great then. Don’t know what happened. The music was mediocre….no sax or brass in the band playing so it didn’t really feel like jazz. I was so excited about about coming for a live music night but I likely won’t be returning.

    Everything about Prohibition was an experience. I don't want to ruin the experience, but everybody should go. The food was great, the drinks were fun, and the service was outstanding.

    Very busy for a weeknight - then discovered they had a live band playing blues! The service has always been fantastic - very friendly and helpful - I think her name was Kimi - definitely added to our evening. The food was delicious. Because it was a week night, I expected it to be more quiet - I didn't know about the live music - which was wonderful, I just had to shift my expectations away from a quiet evening. Will definitely go back - I'll just check the website to know what to plan for. I love their drink menu - they shift it around and it's fun to try new drinks. No better place in the valley for mixing gin drinks. We also had a member of our party ask for her regular drink that isn't on the menu and they were happy to accommodate us. We started with nachos then ordered the chicken marsala, the baked salmon, and the alfredo. Flavorful, presented well, cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough room for dessert!

    The experience was great, very attentive staff and a really cool atmosphere. My food was delicious. My only complaint would be that my Benedict was kind of cold when it got to me and the English muffin was under toasted. The flavors were great but timing was just a bit off. I’d go again, a cool date spot or a girls brunch.

    Our group of 3 arrived shortly after 6pm for our 6:45 reservation to a nearly empty dining room and was greeted by an argumentative and dismissive hostess (and a trainee) who was not able to seat us due to pending reservations. We could seat at the claustrophobic bar but would have to eat there - not conducive to 3 business colleagues talking. We were finally able to sit in the small "bar area" [adjacent to the dining room] after asking to speak with the manager who made that happen. Food was mediocre at best - well-done lamb was delivered cold (and replaced); the rib-eye was requested to be medium rare and was very rare. Sides and appetizers were unremarkable as were the mixed drinks. Key Lime Pie was a highlight; beignets tasted like powered cardboard. Service was spotty - difficult to get the attention of our server. We departed to a half-full restaurant, never to return again.

    This place used to have amazing food. This time they did not. My boyfriend got the Venison and it was way over cooked and dry. I got the Alfred O, and the ravioli was flat and under cooked, super gummy. The shrimp was way over cooked and chewy. For the price, i would expect a lot more. I recommend this place for the atmosphere and service, but not for the food.

    Wow- Prohibition went over the moon for us this time! It was my partners 50th bday and I had written that in the reservation note. We had a party of 8 and our server was so attentive (not overly so!) and just the best attitude ever. Brought out the cutest dessert w lavender candles 🤩 it was such a pleasant experience and the food was so fresh and perfect. Thanks SO Much!!! I’m so grateful for the experience and hospitality!

    VERY fun spot in town. It's like a 20's style speakeasy that is a very inviting atmosphere. I took my team on a business dinner here and the environment was perfect. Food was delicious and the wait staff were very friendly and inviting.
