Proboca was born as the result of the love for Peruvian food of its founders. Within the search for flavors of our menu, it was essential to have typical and intense flavors in all our dishes and cocktails. For this, we select the best professionals in each of the kitchen specialties and we favor the use of ingredients brought directly from Peru. Another important factor that complements the experience in ProBoca, is the attention in our rooms, for which we have personnel focused on the personalized service of our clients. We believe in gastronomic excellence and we are working on it in order to represent in its most faithful way to Peruvian traditions.
