Print Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
I met a friend for lunch at Print. I made a reservation, but there were plenty of tables on a Friday afternoon. The food was good and fairly priced. The waitress was friendly. It is a bit off the beaten path on 11th Ave and 48th Street. Other than that, I would repeat.
Wonderful experience! Men should put this one on the list when looking for a great date experience. The food is well portioned and delicious. Make sure to plan for a drink at the roof top bar at the Ink Hotel. The views are amazing and cocktail excellent. Great proposal spot if you find yourself in the mood with that special someone.
Overall the experience was good, since it was our first Valentine's day date , I expected the place to be more cozy but it was full and hence noisy. The food was the highlight, chicken breast was amazing and even the meat balls. This place is perfect for casual dinner.
Ate at Print on a Saturday night pre--theatre. Print is a bit out of the way and inside Hotel 48. Definitely a vibe of mostly out-of-towners (most likely hotel guests). Pretty crowded for so early a dinner (it was around 5:30). Really pretty restaurant with active bar scene. Tried to sell us "home made" bread when we first sat down which was a bit tacky. We had a great tabouli salad and then I had black sea bass entrée which was excellent. Only bottled beers which is a bummer and expensive ($11 for a pilsner!). Cocktails also on expensive side ($15-$20) but this can be expected in a NYC hotel. May not be greatest value overall but really a nice spot if you are in the neighborhood.
I met a friend who was in town for a trade show at the Javits Center. The food, atmosphere and service were outstanding (except it took awhile for us to get our check! So they were not hurrying us out the door...). I had the parsnip/apple soup, which was perfect for a cold winter night. My friend did as well. Main course was the chicken which was beautifully prepared- really great comfort food. My friend had the scallops. Both main courses were delicious. Portion sizes were perfect, not skimpy, but not a huge plateful either. We shared the creme brulee for dessert- perfect as well. The decor is understated with great lighting and comfortable seating. I highly recommend Print.
From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by a feeling
of being welcomed into beautiful surroundings and friendly people.
The service was impeccable. Attentive but not at all intrusive.
The food is and has been in the past, wonderfully creative and delicious.
The look and feel of the restaurant is calming and very tastefully done.
While we don’t usually have dessert after a meal, the food is so good here
that we always order dessert which again is wonderful
We’ve yet to go to the rooftop bar, but will save that for a trip in warmer weather.
Very authentic and different plate options. The restaurant was very vibrant and seemed to be very popular among locals. My boyfriend and I reserved the table to ensure to get an access to the rooftop lounge, so we went there after great dinner. Pricey, but definitely very nice for an occasion. Would recommend for people willing to spend around 200 USD for a nice fine dinner for two.
This was a repeat visit. Our last dinner experience was so good, our family of five unanimously decided to go there for brunch. What a great choice it turned out to be. All types of egg dishes that we ordered turned out to be great. I will simply summarize by stating that Print is a phenomenal continental restaurant.
Another great night at Print, and at the Press Room bar on the roof. Print is our go-to guests-in-town spot. It is always good. The menu is creative and has options for all and the staff are THE BEST! Professional, but never distainful. Flexible, easy-going and fun.
We had a great meal! The server, James, was wonderful- he explained where the food and wine came from and was really friendly. The food was all delicious- the burrata was my favorite. Definitely recommend for a date or if you want something close to the theaters but higher quality.
While beautiful setting, the food in terms of taste was lacking. I had the brisket, my husband the scallops . Both presentations were outstanding but the taste was just ok. Frankly my husband's dishes at home are tastier. I think the chef needs work in the spicing, ingrediants area. At these prices, I wouldn't go back even though the restaurant is beautiful. Also while our waiter was terrific, and the water guy made sure to refill our water throughout, the bus boys whisked away my plates from me while i still had my spoon in my mouth. very annoying.
Very nice restaurant within walking distance of Theatre Shows. Our entrees were the Scallops and the Duck. I thought the scallops were great. Duck was very nice but thought it a little passed the requested medium rare. Wine by the glass was a healthy pour and service was as expected. We were there before a show, so it was very quiet. I imagine it is quite the spot as the evening goes on. Will keep it on our list of places to visit again next time we are in NYC
I selected Print for a business meal, as the location was where I needed, and there weren't that many to choose from of this type of restaurant along 10th or 11th. Print over-delivered! Food was fantastic. From the Lamb Meatballs, to the Blood Orange Salad, to the Duck. Everything was delicious. Came back the next night and sat at the bar, as I was solo and had a Manhattan and Burger that were equally as good!
