Princi Italia - Plano
Always wonderful!! One of my favorites!
It must have been an off night.
Beautiful interior, good service and great food. Only change i would appreciate is tablecloths on the tables.
Great service, always given a wonderful welcome. Food is consistently good, served hot, and of high quality. You cannot ask for more. A regular Monday evening place to go!
The food was great like it always is.
The waitress must have been new. Didn't know what the Sunday family dinner was. I had to ask for water to be refilled and to bring another wine glass. Did not clear the dinner plates when we had ordered and then were eating our desserts. She always seemed to be back behind where we couldn't see her to ask her for things we were missing. At least the other waiters were attentive to us.
Dalton was awesome! We had a beautiful evening out on the patio!
True Italian food! Great value!
Fabulous. Giancarlo was amazing.
Good authentic Italian restaurant in Plano.
One of the best places we have been to. Consistent over the years, and superb service.
Sitting out by the fountain it had the feeling of europe...
we had a wonderful experience wt the royal and preston location..so we were thrilled to find the new legacy west location...this was our second time to go...but really had a wonderful evening...just a casual family meal....this will be a must on our rotation...
Food was good. Francisco was at the top of his game, as always.
Music selection is horrid. Billy Idol, Hall and Oats,
Fleetwood Mac, early Prince... all good musicians, but wholly inappropriate for this venue.
The service is worse and worse each time I go here-except for one excellent waiter. It really ruins what could be a great restaurant
Best service in Plano. They know how to make you feel special and make your night into a memory.
Excellent food, excellent service!
Our server was not attentive to us and the dining experience was not very pleasant this time around.
Really bad experience. Food is not same as before. We found bug in our orange juice. Waiter is mean. Would not recommend it! We will never go back to this restaurant anymore. Not kids friends at all...
Girls night out to celebrate a 50th birthday girl. Making the res was easy and we got seated right away. We were a small group of four and alls first time at this restaurant. We ordered a bottle of red wine. The dishes ordered were the chicken piccata, pizza and carbonara. Everyone enjoyed their dish and said they would definitely return. It would have been a nice touch if the 50th birthday had been acknowledged by the restaurant (was noted at the time of reservations) A friend had to whisper to the waiter. We were able to sit and enjoy one another's company without feeling rushed. Great atmosphere. Had a nice bar and the menu made it hard to decide everything looked so good.
Excellent meal and service!
They have a happy hour Mon/Fri but don't show you that menu. They should give the guests the full menu and the happy hour menu.
We are always there...one of our favorites
We were early for our reservation but were seated after waiting only a few minutes. The bruschetta was mediocre. Tomatoes were touted as being heirloom but they didn’t taste or look like it. Entrees were tasty with the red fish being the standout. It was fresh, delicious, and the accompanying sides were most flavorful. They brought out an incorrect entree for my husband but before it could be served, our waiter realized it was wrong and took it away from the server. He offered a drink on the house for the mistake. We decided it is our new favorite neighborhood go to place for Italian.
ONE OF THE ONLY PLACES YOU CAN GET A TRADITIONAL CARBONARA
I enjoy this restaurant more with each visit. Monday’s are 1/2 price bottles, so the value for money is increased. The service is excellent, and the management team always welcoming - and not that ‘fake’ table stop you see in a lot of restaurants. When you have all this then good food and consistency is needed - tick in the box for that also.
Our family enjoyed Princi Italia for Sunday family dinner. It was one of our children’s birthday. Princi Italia did such a nice dessert plate for her. The desserts were amazing and so was the focaccia bread We will definitely come back!
The Veal special was not as expected, but they did a great job of replacing it with a meal that we liked.
Fabulous food, the best service.
I had the salmon and my friend had the redfish and they were both fantastic! From the very beginning when we walked into the restaurant until we left everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for friends, families, or a date. And if you ask for Gio you are sure to get exemplary service!
Food was very good and the service was excellent. This is a great place for celebrating an occasion.
Food good. Drinks good. Service inattentive.
We come here often. Food is always excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Good wine list.
Best we have experienced there!
A great place to spend National Wine and Cheese night! My girlfriends rave about the place and I can see why. The meal was amazing and the drinks top notch! Definitely will come back again!
Service was terrible, never came around and checked on us. Food was sub par at best. Wouldn’t go again if someone paid me to.
Geavani, Sterling, and Francisco are great servers
Very good food and service. Been going here for a few years a now and it is always excellent.
It was a very nice touch for the table breads to be brought out to us beforehand.
The food was excellent and wait staff was professional and knowledgeable. We went with friends for our anniversary and had a great time. Highly recommend it.
A friend was visiting for the week and after cooking all week, we planned a dinner out.
I was kind of nervous after reading some average reviews. My husband and I cook almost every night and usually aren’t impressed with meals out because what we make at home is generally so much better, but we had a fabulous meal!! The highlights were the garlic and rosemary flatbread starter, which seemed like such a basic starter but really delicious, and the gnocchi with wild boar was the favorite. I will absolutely order it again! My friend had the black pepper fettuccine, which was spicy and exactly what she was looking for. The pasta is made in-house, and such a treat, since it seems like so many Italian places don’t serve fresh pasta. For dessert the four of us shared the crostata, and we all loved it!
I would definitely go back!
