Great food and great service. Smaller restaurant so I recommend getting a reservation. If they have the bacon wrapped scallops as a special that is a must buy!!

Food and service is always good. Some dishes are better than others. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Three of us had dinner there for a friend's milestone birthday! Had a table at the end and was nice and tucked away! We were able to have conversation and totally enjoyed our delicious meal choices! Our waiter was superb!
I had been there before with my two daughters for a Saturday dinner. Great Rockfish Chesapeake! We also shared the Crab/Lobster Ravioli and 2 of us split both of those dishes because we could not decide what we wanted! Melt in your mouth delicious. Our waitress that time was fantastic!
Will definitely go there many more times!
I lived in the Pasadena area for a few years and I must of driven past this place countless times. I was single at the time so I didn't go out to full service restaurants very often. Usually, just with friends. The friends never seemed interested in going here. Now, I'm no longer single and live still within the county. So, the last time I got a craving for Italian-fair cuisine, I suggested this place as a possibility.
We were not disappointed, to say the least. First of all, not many restaurants around here these days actually reserve a table when you make a reservation. They usually just put you at the top of the waiting list when you get there so you get the next available table. Not here. We arrived over five minutes late due to rush hour traffic only to be taken to our still reserved table.
The service was attentive without being, one might say, pestering. The courses came out perfectly timed so you had time to finish one and digest before the next one arrived.
The oil mixture for the bread was so intriguing. Much better than the simple olive oil and ground pepper concoction at, like say, from Macaroni Grill. I tried their cream of crab soup and I have to say it has become one of my instant favorites. I typically order the Fettuccine Alfredo when I can at a new Italian place to gauge how I might like the it. They had some of the most flavorful noodles I've ever tasted. The Alfredo sauce was good but not spectacular but, then again, I'm a bit of a stickler for Alfredo sauces.
My S/O very much enjoyed their main dish of stuffed shells. They're not a fan of tomatoes and are quite picky about tomato-based sauces. They absolutely enjoyed theirs.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Read a few reviews on Google that suggested the place was a bit small and cramp but I didn't feel crowded at all. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for some Italian cuisine and live in the area.
We were honored to be the first Open Table guest at this well reputable restaurant. This was not my first visit and definitely not my last. They had our party of 5 table ready and waiting. The owner or manager (not sure what one he is) is so friendly. We all raved about our dishes. Our waitress was amazing. We are locals and happy to have Primo so close. You can pick anything from the menu and it’s amazing. Never heard anything negative about this .
