   The food was mediocre at best. I had chicken parmigiana and my date had chicken marsala. In both cases, the sauce was tasteless. We were served by the owner and a waitress. The owner was not very attentive, forgetting to bring me my wine. He was too busy going out to the curb and smoking. He smelled of smoke. Not very appetizing. And the wine selection is very limiting. On a good note, they did comp us the wine. The outside dining area is cute. I had been there previously for wine and cheese and thought it was good. Not good for dinner.

   Great dining experience. Nice outdoor seating on the street. Lots of choices to meet diverse food interests.

   Parking was a little tricky because of its proximity right in the heart of the Village, but you couldn't beat the food, the environment nor the service. Everyone was quite friendly, the food really good, nd the deserts to die for!! I really enjoyed the tiramisu, and my friends enjoyed their chocolate mousse and cheesecake!

   Great West Village Italian spot - reasonably priced, expansive menu. Fantastic service & ownership. Great for a date or dinner with friends/family.

   Primo 135 is a fake restaurant. They apparently have a building, website, and logo... They can take a reservation, but they don't know how to hold a reservation. Actually, to be fair. It wasn't that they didn't hold it. It's that upon arrival, the restaurant was closed. Lights off, doors locked. The works. This was 8:00pm on a Thursday. By all accounts they should be open. Especially given I had a bleeping reservation. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Restaurant was a bust. Ruined a night of perfectly planned mapping.

   WHEN WE GOT TO THE RESTAURANT FOR OUR RESERVATION THEY TOLD US THR KITCHEN WAS CLOSED! WE DIDNT GET THR OPPORTUNITY TO EAT HERE NOR DID I GET NOTIFIED THAT OUR RESERVATION WAS FOR A RESTAURANT THAT WASNT OPEN. VERY DISAPPOINTED

   These folks are completely irresponsible. There was some kind of equipment malfunction in the restaurant at some point earlier in the day. When we arrived, on an extremely hot SAT(!) evening, there was someone there to tell us they were not serving. No email, no call. Inconvenient does not begin to describe the situation.

   Food was delicious, but service was slow and mediocre. Could tell they were new and needed more experience working out the details.

    Server was nice, she was very helpful. I can't say how the food was, we were there for an hour and a half and NEVER received our food. We asked about it several times and was always told it's being prepared. The manager came over and we told him we were still waiting for food, everyone around us had received theirs, he said he was going back in the kitchen to check. After 10 more minutes we asked for our bill, paid for our wine and appetizer and left. I would never recommend this place, unfortunately.
